Clean room with decent breakfast”
Room is cosy and clean. Surroundings of the hotel is nice with a big parking area, that allows our tour guide to wait for us there. A lot of greenery within the compound. :)

Only one staff who knows how to speak in English”
This may be the most expensive hotel we stayed at for thos trip whoch is around 2500 NTD per night for a duplex room. When we arrived at Cingjing through Nantou bus, it was raining hard and we had to hail a cab to go to the hotel which has a fixed rate of 200 NTD. The room is definitely like those in the pictures and it was super cozy and I really felt like I am in the mountains. i have not seen a very evident sea of clouds maybe because of the fog but it is still a very nice view. It is also near 7eleven so we got our dinner from there. But please note that the road is very dark so it's a bit scary at night. We were supposed to go to the sunrise tour through Klook with the hotel pickup but the driver did not arrive at the hotel. I tried to ask for help in the reception to maybe just call a cab for us so we'll just go to the meeting place but the guy who answers the call cannot speak english and he is not even trying. There is also no one on the desk for me to talk to or maybe just sogn language. So I think they should not claim 24 hours reception because it really is not. In the end, we were not able to go to the tour. I advise you to take the sunrise tour offered by the hotel instead for 400 NTD just to be sure. But I am still glad because the view from our room includes a bit of sunrise situation as well. Will I come back? Yeah maybe but with no expectation from the staff whatsoever.

Terrible Customer Service”
Great location and room is pretty clean. What’s unacceptable is how terrible their customer service is. Concierge was really rude and didn’t listen to us when they instructed us to cancel our reservation online and asked us to pay cash instead because they said it’s cheaper. When we failed to cancel online (Agoda doesn’t offer full cancellation), they started to get irritated and were being very rude by blaming us. I understand they probably didn’t want to deal with credit card and Agoda fees, but come on!!!????? At least be respectful!!!

Staff services are bad”
The room overall are okay and room size are big. The furniture are a bit old. The breakfast are so..so.. I would say it's value for money. But ONE thing disappointed me. We are a group of 4 pax and stayed here for a day. While we check-in, we informed the staff that we want to book for the tour for sunrise the next morning. The staff told us that she will settled for us and will wake us up 3am the next day, and wait for the car pick up at lobby. However, there were no room wake-up services, we wake up our own and we went to the lobby, no one is stand-by there. The car pick up wasn't there as well. There is a phone number left on the counter and we called for several times, nobody pick up the call. 10 minutes later the staff call back and said she didn't book the tour for us because we didn't pay the deposit. I was little bit mad because of the staff never inform us to collect the deposit, and she even said she will wake us up? Irresponsible staff make the trip be repentant.

Inaccurate picture”
The picture for this villa is very very misleading and inaccurate. In actual fact, it is not as huge and as grand as it looked in the picture. Can't even see any scenery. Both sides were blocked by two other buildings. The back side nothing much to see just jungle. No mountain even. The front view is facing another hotel. The hotel with the nicer views will be the ones on the opposite side of this hotel. However, put aside that disappointment, it was actually a very cosy place to stay and very clean. Can see that the owner maintained the property well and we had a pleasant stay there. It was just a 10-15 mins walk down to Green Green Grassland depending on how fast you walk. Walking up less then 5 mins there were many restaurants to eat as well as a 7-eleven. Despite the very inaccurate pictures shown, I would still recommend this place to other guests.

Good: Old room with classic taste. Rather spacious room for 4 person. Bad: Floor was freezing even though it's wooden floor. Shower gels and hair shampoo was of low quality. It wouldn't even foam/bubble no matter how much you use or how long you rub. The Villa is divided into 2 areas separated by the main road. And the scenic view is only on the other side of Villa opposite the road. So is was troublesome for us to walk all the way to the opposite side and stand outside at the balcony (in cold) just to see the sunrise. We were expecting to have scenic view from all the rooms (the photos from the website is misleading somehow). We had to walk to the other Villa's compound next door to have a better scenic view.

WOW WOW WOW”
Okies its the 1st time we're up in Cing Jing. We didn't know there's so many homestays and inns and cottages... but our driver was quite pleasantly pleased to know we're staying here when fetching us. He stays up there, and according to him, this is one of the best overall. Sorry, if you want that kinda mountain sunrise, it's only available if you take transport (1 hour plus) to He Huan mountain, the other side. Nay, wake up at 3am! We didn't try that. The valley view from our 2 storey villa is already breathtaking. We didn't see any cleanliness issues. Maybe it's for those rooms at main section. Breakfast is basic TW lite and pretty good. Noticed many are from SG, MY and some TW from other cities. The staff are very friendly, offer you free ride to go play with the sheep (a short walk away). Heng, the 7-11 is nearby and there's a Chicken King (good!), local fresh produce market all nearby.

Very good view”
The view of the room is good. As it faces east, we can see both sunrise and cloud sea from the room balcony. The photos taken is extremely beautiful. The restaurant is good. There is almost no other choice for lunch or dinner around the hotel. But the internet service is poor. The wifi signal is very weak. And my device even cannot obtain IP. That should be because the router is full. The staff is not very helpful. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the farm. It took around 15 mins walk. It is also close to the bus stop.

Big and comfy room”
We stayed in the room with 2 levels. We booked at a relatively expensive price as it coincided with one of Taiwan's public holiday. The room is spacious for 4 people. However we were unaware that the reception and breakfast area is at a different block across the road from where we were staying. The Cingjing farm is quite a distance from the villa. Other than this, the room is overall clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night.

A good home stay resort in CingJing”
It was a great stay in the resort. The room was big with a king size bed on the ground floor next to small living area and toilet. The mezz floor has another king size bed on the floor with balcony which offers great view! Only 2 downside were the toilet does not have a tub and also check out time is strictly 11am the next day. The location is less than a km to the CingJing Farm and it has enough free parking for your car.

Room was relatively big with a small living room area. Cleanliness can definitely be improve to make it a better stay! And it can be quite inconvenience for the elderly as we need to walk to another villa for breakfast! 7-11 is 5 minutes walk. If you are not a fussy traveler then this hotel will be just nice for you.

So far it been a pleasing stay at this hotel as they provide a comfortable and nice view room. It is quite near to 7 11 which is around 10 mins walk uphill. Temperature was 13 degree at the time of my stay but my room was very comfy(a little warm feeling) No internet is available though. Room full with cigarette smell even though the room was no smoking room.

Awesome Mountain view! Nice, cosy and spacious room with 2 large King Size beds! Really enjoy my sleep very well in this villa. Clean and neat environment. Only Setback is 4 levels without a lift. But they have strong and powerful female staffs who can help us to carry our big luggage. She is awesome!
