I enjoyed all the aspects and facilities of this hotel. I mostly liked the staff and high-speed internet. Mr. Kamar, the site manager, and Sampson, the front desk associate was very helpful in providing me a tour of the hotel which made me book a room for 4 days.

Sea View Hotel, Bur Dubai”
Reasonably priced hotel, conveniently located between Dubai airport and not far from the city centre. Very helpful when I had to extend a business trip at short notice, and a well known business hotel chain decided to hike my room rate by 50%. Sea View were less than half. Small quiet hotel, rooms a little tired, but a good rrice.

Old Interior Budget Hotel”
I stayed with my wife for 3 nights, it was an OK OK experience, the room interiors are old and by old i mean the style is literally from the 80's. Overall it was an ok stay since we didn't stayed in hotel much and were busy exploring dubai. Would't recommend to anyone who will stay in the hotel for a longer time.

Bad experience ”
Staff on reception filipina in afternoon was not in mode to welcome guest even spraying water all over the reception desk look like only she is worrying about covid didn't bother that guest documents, passport will be wet also she didn't care to inform. Room is too small, bed not comfortable at all, chairs was sitting is too small and uncomfortable. Bathroom is too tiny even you cannot stand while door is open. Parking is a big task. Such a bad hotel not even deserved a 2 star. Complete renovation required badly.

Booked this hotel for 6 night. They canceled my booking and didn't informed me. When I reached to the hotel they said to me that the hotel is fully occupied and they offer me to go to another hotel. Even they didn't informed me before. It is really unprofessional approach. I don't have any option to go to the hotel they offer to me. & moreover it was 10 km. away from this hotel. So beware to book this hotel.
