Room was decor nicely and comfy however when it comes to cleanliness, it's not good. Toilet didn't clean as well, its has strange smell at toilet. I do get a room that water pipe was leaking ughh. However I do like how their staff entertain customer. Good job guys! Please take action about the toilet.

Attention : No reception service or responding after 8 pm until next morning 8 am. Using electronic card key for room main switch. Also for side door opening at 8 pm when no reception service. Never forget to take your room's key out. No seenable contact number written or printed around the hotel.

2 weeks in a row, the air conditioner NOT repaired. The clerk had the audacity to assign me the same room, though I complained the air-cond need fixing on my previous week stay!!!

The cost to stay in the hotel was worth the money, however there are a few aspects that need to be improved such as: 1. Cleanliness; the floor was dusty, the toilet flush have some stains at the bottom part, there were hairs and stains on the bed sheet, seems like they never changed the bed sheet, the drawers were dirty. 2. Facilities; there is no specific parking for the customer. Park at your own risk. 3. Safety; please be careful with the stairs. The stairs were very steep. 4. Miscellany; there is no mineral water and towel served. If you don't mind the above flaws and only care to stay at low price hotel, you can choose this one.

Room prices is reasonable but somehow need to improve further. Basin was not proper attach and water is leaking from the bottom and water heater is not functioning properly. The only good part is the room is bed and comfortable.

No toilet roll Bed sheet dirty.... not changed. Rest were OK. Can do much better, as a budget hotel, if these little things are taken care of.
