              Feels like at home”

              We had a very nice stay (2 nights in total) in this three rooms hotel. First of all, I would like to mention Arthur, who made check-in and check-out for us and took care of us during our visit to Sun Moon Lake. Thank you for your hospiality, advices and efficient customer service. It is also important to mention that the hotel is absolutely different from what you knew and experienced before. It feels like at home. The interior of the room is interesting and beautiful, the bed is comfortable and we could enjoy Netflix movies on the big TV screen. The availability of popcorn in the main kitchen/breakfast area for the guests is a super cool idea too. We really enjoyed everything. The only one thing can be improved is drain pipe scouring out in the room.

              Wonderful room and hotel”

              This is a wonderful hotel! the staff are welcoming and gave us plenty of advice about where to go to maximise our time at Sun Moon Lake and also where to get the best food. the room was amazing with a large bed lovely shower and large bath. Breakfast was all wonderfully cooked and prepared fresh.

              Very Nicely Renovated 民宿. A bit expensive, but I guess It is Still Worth It.”

              For a 民宿 around Sun Moon Lake, this is definitely one of more expensive one. The room is nicely renovated, however the toilet bowl is an open concept one. I went to the communal toilet along the corridor, as I didn't want my wife to suffer! Breakfast is included, which helps to cushion the high rate. Staff is generally helpful, and was able to suggest itineraries, and even helped us to book transport back to Taichung, when our self arranged private transport was cancelled at the last minute! Netflix and iQiyi subscriptions are provided free. Generally I would prefer to watch the local TV channels, rather than watching streaming TV, on a holiday. Nevertheless it was a nice option to have. The host has a partnership arrangement with the bikes/e-bikes/scooters rental shop beside it. The lower rate provided was a nice surprise, definitely a bonus to rent! There was no time limit, and we were able to return our e-bikes/ scooter at any time! Worth it!

              裡面的裝潢氣氛非常棒，管家人也很好，提供我們許多景點，早餐也是吃過最好吃的一間，房間也很乾淨舒適。而且住的時候我也沒有注意已經有用agoda先扣款過了，又不小心多少一次，但他們發現馬上幫我做退款的動作，主動跟我聯絡我才發現。是個誠實又很舒適的民宿，未來有機會還是要住勺光

              100分的乾淨，民宿很用心”

              這間民宿有點難評價，不是他不好，只是沒有入我的心。 因為本人很愛乾淨，看到這間民宿的評價非常高。 照片看起來也很棒。 就選了這家。 但是，我還是覺得，價格偏高。 我先來說說，我喜歡的點 1.) 民宿的乾淨度 給予100分， 沒話說。 2.) 看得出民宿有用心經營， -- 比如下午茶。 -- 零食, 泡麵 無限供應。 -- 早餐處理的也很好吃。 -- 還未到的時候, 簡訊, EMAIL都有來信聯繫地址 等等.... 但是，以上這些不足於讓我再來一次。 我不滿意的點. 1.) 房間是開放式，簡約型的, 看得出有設計。 開放式的問題， 本來無所謂, 畢竟是夫妻出遊。 但是，早餐預定9點送餐至房間，所以剛好8點55分要上大號，無法上大好, 擔心突然敲房門， 等到9點05分後, 出去詢問, 告知, 需要再五分鐘, 所以, 還是無法用廁所。 結果, 9點20分才送餐。 所以，開放式我以後完全不考慮。 2.) 價錢上，房間感覺沒有豪華, 雖然其他人寫了DYSON 電風扇, PANASONIC 吹風機 等等, 只是這樣。 我覺得, 沒什麽特別。 3.) 房間完全沒有景色。 畢竟到了日月潭, 付了4千3百多，窗外看出去, 沒東西, 只能看到圍籬。這個價錢, 可以定其他不錯有山景的, 多付一點, 可以有湖景.我後悔應該訂湖景旅館。 4.) 真心不喜歡床墊太軟。 只能說, 民宿不是不好，只是沒有入我的心。
