Nice hotel for the price”
pretty nice hotel for the price, if you know what to expect. the room will be small; all asian style hotels in tokyo are. the location was great. hamamatsucho station is very convenient to haneda airport and tokyo station (where you can go everywhere), but you don't have to pay tokyo station prices. the staff was very kind and attentive, and did their best to communicate with me in english. many decent, relatively inexpensive restaurants nearby. bathroom is very small, but i expected that. i would stay here again if the need and opportunity arose.

Excellent”
Good budget hotel for a short stay. The location is awesome. The yamanote station Hamamatsucho and the subway are only a few minutes away, you can also reach the yurikamome line to odaiba by foot. Tokyo Tower is super close. You also find some convenience stores, food stores and a post office close to the hotel. The rooms are like the standard business hotel type, small but you have all you need. It's old but fairly clean. Don't expect anything luxurious. The beds are SUPER hard, be warned. Wifi works fine. The stuff is very friendly and nice. You will have to leave your roomkey at the front desk when you leave the hotel.

Friendly hotel with nice neighboorhood”
The hotel room was as small as you an expect a japanese single room to be, so no bad surprise here (No good either, it's quite classic for this price range). Surrounding location might seems boring business district but you're walking distance from the Zōjō-ji temple and the tokyo tower and quite a lot of small restaurants with great value for money if you're brave enough to face non-english speaking people. Staff was helpful at any time but communication wasn't always perfect (As often in this kind of hotel).

Small yet meeting requirements.”
It was challenging at first because there was a misunderstanding with regards to the number of people that were staying. When Agoda recommended the hotel it was assumed that it was within the same initial parameters. But after helping us along and getting the extra charge for the corrected number of guests staying, the overall stay was pleasurable. The hotel location is very convenient with several major train lines intersecting. Additionally it was nearby the tokyo tower which made it a great landmark in the event of getting lost.

Great location for a budget hotel which near the Tokyo Tower and located at the main road. Easy to find the hotel from the Hamamatsucho Station. Compact room, but good enough for bugdet couple. Clean enough room for staying for few days. Staff able to speak english but quite limited and very friendly.

Good Japanese hotel”
Room was a good size, all the usual Japanese extras included, mine was a smoking room which was pretty unpleasant, not sure if they offer non smoking. Very close to tokyo tower and about a 5-10 min walk to the metro

Acceptable price Very near to MRT station, 2 famous tourist spot: Kinzyu Garden and Yoyoji Temple Super clear and well-maintained facilities (hint: try free coffee machine near the reception, very delicious!) Very nice and supportive staffs, can speak English well

Bad experience”
I booked a twin beds room for my parents when they came to Tokyo. The location is very good, close to JR (5 mins) and Tokyo Metro (3 mins) station. The Tokyo tower is around 10 mins on foot. BUT one of the staff is ridiculous. He told me that I'm not allowed to visit my parents in the daytime just because the room is too small and it's only for two people to stay. I explained that I would not sleep in the room at night and i got an apartment in Tokyo. But he kept saying that it is not allowed to visit, and then he followed me to my parents's room. IT IS RIDICULOUS! Even I felt very angry. However, this is not the most ridiculous thing that day. When we got to my parents's room, he told me that I only got FIVE MINUTES to stay. I was really shocked by him!! IT IS A HOTEL, NOT A JAIL!!Then I argued with him. He said if I do not leave that room in five minutes, he will call the police. Oh my god!! I was really happy that he can call the police and tell them everything. And I told him let the police come here ASAP!! However after that, he didn't call the police and leave my parents' room without saying a word, let alone apologising. THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Not worth the money”
This hotel has all your basic commodities. However it offers absolutely not more than that. Limited space in Tokyo is a problem for everyone, but I could not even use the bathroom without opening the door. The most annoying was the incessant noise of what resembled a washing machine "launching" throughout the night. This hotel is not bad, but absolutely not worth more than 6500 yen/night.

Old and small hotel room”
I choose it only because of commuting to office nearby. Actually the hotel is ok, but room smells very strange. I would suggest the cleaning lady stopping using the air freshener, it smells really bad. Also there are mosquito in the room, as the room is really small, you can imaging how bad the mosquito is. I think i won't try it again. hope this review give you a better understanding.

Nice view but small”
Among the many of business hotels, this hotel is relatively old and small hotel. But, you can get there directly using Tokyo mono-rail from Haneda airport. During the night time, I can see the Tokyo tower lighted up from my room.

Great, check in is fast and staff is helpful. Need a little improvement in cleaniness, a bit dusty and under the bed is very dirty.
