This property and its staff are really quite wonderful. The property isn’t brand new but it’s in good condition. The breakfast is delicious and extensive, the afternoon tea delightful. The pool is a perfect place to cool off after a long hot day. The property was very clean; staff was top notch; location was central. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Exceptional staff”
Our stay at the Silverland Yen Hotel has been wonderful in every respect. The hotel is situated in the heart of District One, and our room had a view of the Independence Palace. All the tourist sites of HCMC were in easy walking distance. The facilities of the hotel are great;from the lobby, dining room, rooftop pool and bar, and of course our room. Along with a great buffet breakfast, the hotel serves complimentary afternoon tea each day betw22 and 3.30. Actually, it could easily pass for a light lunch and was always very enjoyable. But best of all were the hotel staff. They made us feel special and were always friendly and obliging. On the day of checkout, we had an early flight, so the staff prepared takeaway breakfast containers for us to take to the airport! I thoroughly recommend the Silverland Yen Hotel.

Our 1st trip to HCMC and this hotel have offer us so much of comfortable. The stuff is super nice and helpful, the cleanliness is great, location is walkable to every “must visit” place. Exceptional in every way”
This was one of our favourite hotels on our Vietnam trip. The staff were amazing and very friendly and were able to cater to our every need. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom and room was very modern, we loved it here. The pool was great. We couldn't recommend this place more - I did a fair bit of research on places to stay in Vietnam and this one was top of the list and didn't disappoint! Great value for money too.

Lovely stay with great service”
Staffs are very helpful to fulfil your requests and are always very polite. Hotel room are comfortable. Buffet breakfast was of decent selection and taste (omelette / scrambled eggs can be requested. Afternoon Tea was a mini buffet with a waffle-making station! Location is great too, most attractions within walking distance. We are super happy with this hotel and will recommend to anyone to choose this hotel :)

We spent three nights at the Silverland Yen - and liked everything: - Friendly and very helpful staff - Generous rooms, spotlessly clean with efficient and quiet air condition - good location in walking distance to the Independence Building, Notre Dame and Benh Tan market - the dip pool on the roof for a quick cool down after a hot day - the breakfast with a lot of variation and the free afternoon tea with many asian and sweet goodies Thanks for letting us use pool and tea for our very late checkout!

Best hotel so far in Saigon”
Best hotel i have stayed in Saigon by far. It reminds me more of Hanoi hotels, the staff are excellent and welcoming. The hotel unlike most in District 1 is very modern and has a Japanese inspiration. The rooftop pool and steam room and sauna are a great touch with a beautiful view. The location despite being in district 1 is very quiet and close to the Reunification Palace, the breakfast was good but doesn't have many vegeration or chicken optiond mostly pork. The afternoon tea is a nice touch and better than the breakfast with lots to choose from. Would easily stay here again next time.

Staying at Silverland Yen Hotel has been a wonderful experience. We stayed there 6 nights and the staff tended our every need! Very professional and friendly. Mai, the Operations Manager made sure everything ran smoothly. Very comfortable stay, good for overall”
So good hotel for me overall. Staffs are so friendly and sincerity. I could enjoy some different types of Vietnamese noodles as breakfast, and they all were so tasty. It's good location to access center of Ho Chi Minh city. Sauna/Steam-bath/Pool (not large, like a jug-zee) on the rooftop are so good (I enjoyed them in my past stay). This time, I had no time to enjoy them, so I would like to visit again soon. Thanks.

Great location & breakfast”
The breakfast buffet is very good, would recommend to get. The hotel is in a very central area that is within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants in District 1. On top of the great location, the facilities are also well maintained and great to use. The staff are very polite and quick to help. I stayed here on both trips to Ho Chi Minh City and would likely do so again in the future.

4 star hotel that felt like a 5* Thank you for the best stay ;) ”
I was looking for a mid priced range hotel. The staff here are amazing so helpful always a big smile when you enter and leave. They when over and above to helped me with writing a note for me explaining in Vietnamese to thr chemist to provide medication for me as i hade tonsillitis “RARE”… they helped me find the chemist who will not overcharge me being a traveler n all. I can’t say enough good about this place if you’re looking for a nice neat clean helpful and quiet place to stay this would be my recommendation.

Location, and Staff”
The location is walking distance to the War Remnants Museum, The Saigon Post Office and the Reunification Palace. I did not use public transport as the taxis were cheap enough. The staff at the hotel were excellent in helping me with seeing all the attractions. Will definitely stay there again

Excellent choice, zero regrets, zero issues, super helpful staff”
We stayed here five nights and had a blast. Room was well appointed and quiet with great AC. Food was top notch in the mornings. The bar on the roof was a fun place to wind down and relax after dodging traffic all day. Free water bottles daily, excellent coffee, what more can you ask for. Pay for the larger rooms if you need space, we looked around and there is a difference, seemed worth it. Convenience stores two minutes walk if you needed something. Location was absolutely in the thick of the best part of town, you can literally walk everywhere you need. Markets, gold stores, food stalls all very close, airport is 20 minutes away too , in light traffic. I can’t think of one thing we would improve on here, we were very happy.

Perfect location, comfort and amazing pool bar mojitos ”
Location great. Could see trees and green outside our room windows on 4 th floor. Lots of breakfast choices with eggs cooked to order. Small roof pool worked great to have a beer or mixed drink and chill after busy Saigon. Afternoon tea/coffee was great, from 3-5 pm and had sweets and a few appetizers along with fruit. Would stay here again without question. Room was very clean and nice linens.

Excellent guest services from all staff, from front office to breakfast team, nice and clean room!! It'd be perfect place if there is none smoking smell from other guests who just ignore the No Smoking policy. The smoking were spreading widely to the whole floor and inside the room. Staff have tried their best to accommodate my stay though, so overall it's still a nice place to stay and recommended 👍

Good hotel just a stones throw from Ben Thanh markets. Staff were absolutely amazing, especially the gentleman at the front desk who always remembered our name and got us flowers for our anniversary. Hotel is clean and simply designed. Overall good stay.
