Great stay with friendly host”
Room are clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nothing negative to speak about. Planned to stay there for a night but return to stay another night for a good rest before heading back to Chiang Mai. The lady owner is very friendly and speak english well, with this warmth hospitality, you will feel home away from home. Plenty of car park lots at property, good for travellers who drives. Breakfast is simple, with toast, porridge, some cooked food, eggs, fruits and good coffee, all and all, very well enough to start your day. Will definitely return again.

Good but noisy”
This hotel is a little bit far from downtown. During the night, you can hear noises (pack of stray dogs, cars on the high way). The staff is very present, took time to clean and the service was perfect. The room was also really clean. The mattress were a little bit too sturdy for me (my boyfriend loved it)

The family owned Siya House is a nice choice for those with a car or motorbike. The rooms are big and very very clean. Nice bathroom as well! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruits, rice soup and tea/instant coffee. Nothing special but enough for start into a new day. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!!

OK value for money”
Typical to many places we have stayed in Thailand, attention to details of cleanliness and maintenance are lost on this place. The Siya House looks relatively new but it is not well maintained where it counts. The shabby feeling shows through on what is a relatively new property. The bathroom is a room I didn’t want to go into, it smelled of sewer gas. There was mildew on the grout lines, the toilet and faucets permanently etched with watermarks and I was left with a general “icky” feeling. The room didn’t feel “homey” at all, no decorations or any accents to spruce up the room. From the highway the place looks great, and the common areas are nice. The breakfast was basic Thai breakfast same as everywhere else, eggs, toast, rice and chicken sausages. The staff were great though. I guess for a budget traveller it is OK, but I’m not motivated to stay there again.

Nice stay in quiet place”
Stayed for 2 nights. Booked for Standard Room but was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room at no cost by the owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful with a personal touch. The staff is hospitable and sincere. Room size is very large and the bed was comfortable. Everyday cleaning. Location wise, can see the hotel from the roadside because the hotel has big signboard. Quiet area and village surrounding. You need to be aware to the small junction and signboard when you coming down from the bridge. The junction is just right after the bridge on the left (this is the nearest junction to the hotel entrance). Don’t worry if you miss this junction because there is other junction to the hotel and is a little bit far. Dislike – the shower. The water is slow and it takes longer time to bath. Suggestion for improvement - should change the shower head and increase the pressure of the shower.

Perfecto para una estancia tranquila”
Se encuentra a pocos minutos de Chiang Rai, a escasos metros del río Rim Kok. El lugar es tranquilo y el personal muy eficiente y amable. Hay gran cantidad de restaurantes y puestos de comida alrededor. Un lugar para volver sin ninguna duda.

周りに犬さえいなければ。。。”
朝食におかゆ、食パン、目玉焼き、ウインナー。 WiFiもよく繋がり、建物も新しく、スタッフがいい笑顔で優しく対応してくれてとてもよかった。近くには有名なワンダラーカフェ！大通りへ出ればレストランや食堂もまぁ何軒もあります。 ホテルはとても良かった！ ただ、周りに犬さえいなければ...。ホテルの周りの家々、犬飼いすぎ！ 歩いていたら５、６匹の犬が集まってきてアッと言う間に取り囲まれ ホント恐怖を感じました。。近所の人が出てきて追い払ってくれましたが。。。

ที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้าแบบ buffet คุ้มค่ามากค่ะ จองห้องมาตรฐานแต่เจ้าของใจดี อัพเกรดห้องให้เพราะเห็นว่ามีเด็กมาด้วย ทำให้ได้พักห้องเตียง 6 ฟุตซึ่งเป็นห้องที่กว้างมีพื้นที่มากกว่าห้องอื่น มีเก้าอี้โยกตัวใหญ่นั่งสบาย เตียงนอนนอนสบายมากๆ อาหารเช้าก็จัดให้ตามที่ขอ อาหารหลากหลายและอร่อย ห้องอาหารน่านั่ง ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีกค่ะ
