Great location for Batangas city port and beaches”
i stayed two nights in a basic standard room, because i was out all day and needed place to sleep only. this room was basic but served it purpose.. clean tidy . 3rd night i upgraded to junior executive. decor was great, huge room. lovely furniture outside lovely gardens and few parrots in cages throughout gardens lots parking and security internet was wifi i asked for rooms next to the router, so i had strong signal, i was able to watch youtube music videos without buffeting. that's always my tester on strength signal highly recommended hotel for batangas city + port and beaches breakfast was great i had in sm travel lodge restaurant room service fast efficient nearby is an sm supermarket you can buy everything u need i got great prices and big discounts on list price using agoda online booking hotel reception could not match the prices from here i moved to tagaytay booking again with agoda online

nice exclusive room”
We had an overnight stay at the hotel because we have to attend a wedding in Batangas. In fairness, the room was good.i like the setting of the furnitures in the hotel.The room was clean and the surroundings as well. The staff was friendly and courteous.the place looked nicer at night because the lightings outside.i should've taken pics for my review...sad i didnt and wasnt able to think about it because we had a limited time. The management can still improve the place to attract more customers.

Comfortable place for a stopover”
I stopped over in Batangas for a night's rest before heading for Puerto Galera, and booked a Junior Executive Room because I wanted some comfort. And comfort was there, in the form of a queen sized bed and a massive bathtub that could fit a small horse. The room may be trying to be classier than it really is, but then it gave me what I wanted, and for a pretty good price too. Staff were welcoming and extremely quick to respond to our needs. Note however that the hotel is a little oasis set right in the middle of the red light district. Also, the pet parrots make a noise that sounds like a pig going into cardiac arrest. Also, do not attempt to order breakfast in the restaurant. They have two cooks and a million room service orders, and no system that gives priority to seated guests. Order in advance, or miss the ferry like we did. (Food generally takes forever to arrive in the Philippines.)

Good sized room”
The hotel is located quite far away from Batangas Port, about 30 minutes ride in a tricycle. The tricycle driver tried to drop me at a completely different hotel and it turned out he didn't know the actual location of SM Travelodge and had to ask for directions! The hotel itself is quite pleasant and has nice grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is it's location, far from the port and in an area of KTV bars, girly bars etc. Not much in the way of restaurants although there is a large hypermarket close by which has a food court and sells just about everything.

Good price for Batangas”
Hotel is good base when you heading to Mindoro (Puerto Gallera, Sabang) - pier is about 15 min. drive by trike, any other possibility is a bus or jeepney ride through Batangas around SM hypermarket to pier. Near hotel are some KTV and clubs if you looking for this. Hotel offer various kind of good food. Good value for the price.

Basic hotel, a few little quibbles, cheap & clean”
This is in the cheap range, particularly through Agoda, so I didn't expect too much. Room was much larger than many at a similar price in the Philippines. Rural outlook through back window. Food was fine - nothing special at all, transport it Batangas is a bit more expensive than some other areas but a tricycle will take you anywhere in town for maybe 150php (less than 4 dollars). Food can be ordered any time. No need to preorder breakfast.

Average hotel”
This hotel was just ok. I stayed for one night on my way passing through Batangas to Mindoro, just needed a place to crash for the evening. Bed was really small and not very comfortable. Shower wasn't very nice but worked. Compared to other places I have stayed in the Philippines it was a little overpriced for what you get which is just basic. However it was pretty cheap compared to other hotels I looked at in Batangas. The staff was pretty nice and helpful and the grounds of the hotel were nice and clean. I might stay here again if I got stuck in Batangas again but wouldn't prefer it.

Not my favorite hotel.”
I've stayed at this place before and didn't want to stay again, however they are located very close to the port areas of Batangas and the price is right. That said, you get what you pay for. Don't expect much. I actually wrote a pretty bad review of this hotel from the first time I stayed here but for some reason it magically disappeared from their reviews. Interesting.

Totally great Hotel”
This hotel is a little out of the way but its only a short ride into town on a tricycle At a cost of 150 pesos. The rooms are very clean, a good size, food, hot and cold drinks Served all day.. They have great pets here also, birds and snakes, if you ask they willl Bring one of the snakes out for you.. Fully recommend staying here great value for money

Starting to go downhill”
I had stayed here last year and loved the place. It is simple, but clean and cheep. This year the price had doubled and it was not as clean as before. It is convieniet for those that need to access the Tollway or Batangas City Grand Bus Station. I hope they fix this soon. There are not many options in Batangas City.

Going by the reviews I was expecting less, big clean room, they eventually got the hot water working, close to the bus station and red light district and a hyper mart but not much else. I get the impression that the main use for this hotel is for short time which is fine, it was very quiet regardless.

Beautiful hotel but doesnt include all amenities ”
we arrived just before midnight and it was lucky because they have a midnight deadline for check in which wasnt very good... the hotel was very beautiful with exotic birds and snakes in the well manicured gardens. Hotel didnt include basics like shampoo and only provided one towel for a double room... In the morning receptionist said there are no taxis and encouraged my family to use the hotels tricycle service which they ripped us off with by charging 200PHP when it shouldve been at least half of that

It´s a very well leaded hotel location. The restaurant is closed, but they serve fresh made food to the rooms. The food selection is very commen. Easy car parking (with garages. And, very important, always clean in each corner!

Nice location..easy access to main road”
No problem with agoda booking, just showed my voucher and i was immediately escorted by the baggage handler to my room. It is not 5 star but if you just need a clean place to sleep and have a nice shower this is the place for you. Spacious parking space, near a big supermarket and near to all main road including star express tollway, express road to the pier and road to the city center.

Cheap and very close to Port Terminal ”
I recommend this hotel if you are going to puerto Galera and coming from Manila at night. You could easily drive from the airport at night and stay at Sm travel lodge then in the morning is only 15 minutes by try chicle to the Port. Also makes the long drive easier.

Decent hotel with great service”
the hotel grounds were beautiful. the executive room was nicely sized. no problems with th ac. the room did not however, have a safe in it. the restaurant food was overpriced and only so so. no coffee maker in the room and only instant coffee available for like pesos. biggest problem was the clubs close by. the music could get loud at night. also the place seems to be used for quick stays but the are very discrete about it. the staff was very nice and helpful.
