Had a quick stop in Lipa and decided to treat my godchildren for a staycation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the resto options are good, and the staff are all attentive and kind. Location is also in the heart of Lipa :)

High quality hotel”
Rooms were very clean and hygienic! Staff were friendly and amazing. However, the only downside was parking space. Finding a parking slot before check-inn was really a hassle.

Restful overnight stay”
Didn’t have any expectations given the price and the facade of the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and entered the rooms. Rooms are super comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Beds are comfy, shower is nice, and aircon is cold! Only drawback is no cable tv at the moment, but really, the stay was so pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

We were there for an overnight. Room was clean and the design was fresh, relaxing. Breakfast was reasonably priced and was delicious. Just surprised that despite us checking in at 2pm, we were told that the room was still being checked for availability . I had booked a room with 2 beds but we were given one masters bed instead. But overall, it was a good stay. I recommend it as a good option for travelers.

We love this hotel, bcoz it was a new built! The room was big enough for 3 of us! Everything was neat and clean! We love the restaurant at the 3rd floor it was like you are out of the city center, so greeny and luscious! Food was great too, you can choose from 3 menu's and all of them are great! We love to come back here again!

What i did like -clean room and bathroom -polite staff What i did not like -no cable so kung wala kang netflix account wala ka mapapanood since ala din local channel no antenna -nawawalan ng water -inconsistencies may mga rules sila na hindi nasasabi o nasusulat like pag nag contract ka ng massage therapist outside naghingi sila commission na 300 per therapist - dapat assertive ka kase before mag buffet breakfast we asked hm the manager said 400 then we were billed for 450; they forgot daw na pag may lomi station ay 450 : if I did not insist na hindi ko pipirmahan di pa papalitan -parking since may kadikit na furniture store lagi wala available sa harap so pag mejo swerte mapa park ka sa katabi na abandoned bldg if malas ka dun ka sa kasunod na abandoned site -may deposit na 1k per nyt pero pumayag sila na iwan ko ID ko since di pa kami naka withdraw

Low Beds, Loud Music, Located in a Hardware Store”
Beds too low, breakfast supposed to be included but when we checked in we were told it was extra, loud music from events at the hotel the whole time, and the lobby appears grand but you need to go through a furnature store, a hardware store, and a toilet and bathroom store to get to the elevator to enter the hotel. The beds, loud music, and location inside a hardware store does not justify the equivalent of $66.00 a night.
