As a hotelier in Singapore, I find this hotel is really good, when first entered the hotel the staff will greet you. The amenities that hotel provides is more than what a 3 star hotel will do. Tea bags with more than 8 flavors, facial mask, bathing salt, cleansing oil, foam etc are provided at lobby for all guest to take. There's even vending machines, coin self washing machine ice maker and microwave oven for guest to used. Even when my room is under DO NOT DISTURB (not to clean the room) when I'm back at night , HK team actually placed 2 bags outside my room with fresh towels and etc. Nothing I can ask for more. Just highly recommended and will surely stay here again.

I was surprise since this hotel was not so big as I expected but it was so clean. The food? I could find any food starting from 200 to 2000 yen, japanese bento, traditional resto, even combini stoa I could find with ease. Direct way to Nagoya station was available. Staff help me alot with their smile. But 2 staff seem hard to give me smile. It is okay. No problem at all.

Excellent location; right closed to Meitetsu and JR railway stations. Coming from the Chubu Centrair Int Airport is so easy via the mu-Sky train. Connecting to various cities is easy too via railway network. We enjoyed visiting Takayama, Shiragawago and Hida-Furukawa; riding Jp trains is very pleasant. The hotel is cosy. The staff are friendly and willing to help visitos. Our room is a 24 sq meter one with twin beds, and we love it.

If I will return to Nagoya, I will still choose to stay here. The location is perfect - just about 200m walk to Nagoya station where most of the destination in your itinerary will start. Example, the Meitetsu Bus Center to Shirakawago and the Kintetsu line for Nabana No Sato. The hotel is so quiet, relaxed and most of all, the staff is so friendly. Easy check in and check out, too.

Located near to the Nagoya station, famous crab, unagi restaurant and ichiran ramen. You can take the amenities at the lobby and have a good soak in the bathtub. Breakfast is provided at the next door mister donut (you can pick 1 donut, 1 muffin and 1 drink).

5mins from Nagoya station, clean, comfortable and pleasant stay”
This hotel is close to Nagoya Station. Family Mart and Mister Donut are next to the hotel. Hotel offers to clean the room every 3 days but towels can be replaced daily. Amenities bar in the lobby also provides facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunblock, hair gel and hair mask on top of the usual amenities. Staff were also pleasant. We had a pleasant stay.

Still quite a long walk if you have luggage, but still walking distance from Nagoya station. When at Nagoya subway, look for Midland Building, you can exit through that to get to the hotel. Landmark is the Mister Donut cafe. The guy hotel staff was apologetic that he cannot communicate well, but at least I felt he was eager to help. The lady hotel staff was quite irritated that we didn’t understand what they were saying (in Japanese) when we don’t speak the language. We checked out in the morning of March 1st. Made me see the difference between the warmth of Takayama people vs Nagoya people.
