Rave about the staff! ”
First and foremost, I have to compliment the great customer service of the staff. We were there due to some business nearby, and that early morning I was feeling unwell. We reached there pretty early at about 9 or so but the staff arranged a room for me so I could get some rest early and not having to wait until check-in time, very grateful for their graciousness! Now back to the place. It was obviously a local only place, above of a market area, room were dated but satisfactory clean. Very spacious and bathroom were clean despite looking dated too. Nothing fancy, people may even call it rundown. About 15 minutes flat tar road walk from Yilan TRA Station, and next/opposite to the station is Jimmy Park, a park with arts and fixtures by Jimmy Liao, a local famous illustrator in Taiwan. I may not be back to this area soon, but the staff hospitality left me a very fond memory of the place.

Our room wasn't clean. Hot water didn't work one night. Fridge broken. ”
The room was large but the staff communication was lacking despite speaking Mandarin. Our fridge wasn't working so our food and drinks weren't cold. Hot water didn't work one night and we waited an hour for it to come in (contacted staff after 15 minutes of trying, was told to wait 30 minutes at midnight and it still wasn't working after 45 from when we were told to wait) so we slept without showering. Then our room wasn't made the next day. We also bought an extra night (early check-in) but weren't given a receipt. We were charged a lot more for this night and I requested a partial refund due to services not working through Agoda by the hotel lacked communication again and never responded. Would never stay here again.

建物は外観も内装も老朽化が目立ちます。 清潔にはしているのですが。 スタッフの方が親切で、あめ 良い点は大きめのバスタブがあって熱いお湯がたっぷり使えることと、広く明るい部屋に大きめなベッドがあること。 ロケーションも駅に近く、夜市や食事のできる店、コンビニ等も近く、便利です。 残念な点は冷蔵庫があっても使えないところです。必要があればフロントで預かってもらえるようですが。 あとは2泊して気づいたのですが、清掃はされませんでした。飲料水の補充はありましたが。 朝食も初日は中華まんやサンドイッチがあったのですが、2日目は宿泊客が少なかったせいか、トーストとお粥、おかず少々になってました。

施設自体は台湾に良くある年季の入った古めの建物。 古いながらも部屋はキチンと掃除されていて、値段の割りに朝食も付いている。 朝食はフロントの前に大量のサンドイッチと中華饅、台湾の朝食では定番の豆乳などが置かれていて自分で好きなものを取っていくスタイル。 個人的にな話として、パスポートを紛失するトラブルを起こしてしまい主人に相談したところ、色々なところに連絡をとってくれて無事に解決することができ、非常に感謝している。

飯店位於巷弄狹小的傳統市場7樓，門鎖是卡卡難按的喇叭鎖；房內燈光除了梳妝台上的之外，其餘壞光光；床單上有好幾個菸燙破的洞及黑色污漬，枕巾上也有類似發霉的痕跡，不建議入住。

到現場要辦入住櫃檯還搞不清楚資料，已經扣款了，完全沒有準備房間給我們，訂了雙人房給我四人房請我們只使用一張雙人床就好。 衣櫥、櫃子下面看起來都是灰塵，還有不知道是什麼時候誰掉的髮圈在裡面。 但價錢真的非常便宜，週五入住不到1000元。
