Great location, Big room and bigger toilet”
The hotel was located right behind a big supermarket and 5 minute walk from BIGGS (a popular fastfood chain in Naga) and other Fastfood restaurants. It has big rooms with big toilets as well. Downside on the parking as it offers parking on its sidewalk only where jeepneys and tricycles pass. Good thing their security guard is there 24/7 to guard our car.

good service at StarMark but there's....”
StarMark is notable for its good food, service and staff but a little improvement still has to be made like providing two pillows and door-to-door make up services. Other than that, the hotel is commendable!

It's not and all but I won't be back.”
the room is nice and spacious, that's the great part! looks elegant for its price but there are some down sides as well. air-conditioner was leaking buckets of water, remote is broken so there's no way to adjust the temperature. I used the trash bin to prevent the droplets from flooding the floor and I had to dump it twice in the night. if it weren't for that, I could have had lots of fun staying.

For the price the hotel is worth it”
the owners definitely invested in the rooms rather than their not so nice lobby which is good. The venue is great as it is located walking distance from the restaurants. Pricewise, its awesome!

Decent room. Good location. But I've stayed with better hotels with less price. Better if airconditioning stayed running while the guest is out. Toiletries were incomplete compared with other hotels I stayed around the area.

Right in the middle of the city”
The hotel is a great value for money, walking distance to almost all banks (BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, East West, etc.) and restaurants/fastfood (Jollibee, Mcdo, Geewan, Biggs, Chicboy, Greenwhich). Convenience store right across (Lucky 9) and 2-3minutes walk to Robinson's E Mall.

Good, but a lot of room for improvements”
The AC was okay with Cable TV, dimmed lights and huge space for CR. On the otherside, no extra towels, very thin blanket, no shampoo provided, small room and a bit dirty on the walls. I think there might be mosquitoes around though not sure because of the dimmed lights. Also, the HOT shower is not working which I always wanted whenever I checked in on a Hotel. Sad..

A place to work & rest that's affordable...other hotels cheaper”
Wifi is fast, no problem if you need a good connection for work. Bed is a bit hard, but manage to get some sleep when your tired from walking all day. Best was the Hot shower, can't beat that for weary travellers...

If not for the Location, i would definitely go somewhere else. Cockroaches everywhere, Bed's as hard as if your sleeping on the floor, I should have brought my own pillow. Too strict on the check in time, if the room was already available but then they insisted for me to pay 100 extra for the early check in. Single room was suffocating.

Just for Peñafrancia day and that's it”
Squeaky bathroom door, no water heater kettle, no rack to hang your wet towels and clothes, no toilet paper holder, broken sink, broken faucet handle, broken soap holder, no light in the shower area. They don't seem to be maintaining this place at all. At least the a/c and the hot shower is working. Stay here only for that one Peñafrancia day and that's it. We booked for 3 nights but decided not to stay anymore for the other 2 nights. It's depressing to stay here.
