    For those who complaint i dont know what you expect from a cheap rate hotel..it is a good hotel...the best thing is they have air cond and fan both..so if u get too cold u can always switch to fan which is a good idea and save electricity..parking wise u can get roof car park if you're lucky..its a terrace house where they build a hotel like 4-5 unit house...

    Very hard to get parking if it is full house. However got one particular customer who mark their previous car park with water bottles and dustbin eventhough they going out so other could not take that spot. Very selfish. Management should look into this cause i dont think the customer can take the same spot for the rest of their stay.

    Nice budget hotel”

    Stayed for 2 night for my sister's wedding,near to Kuantan town, comfortable bed for budget hotel,but the cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved a bit & it will be nice if hotel can provide some 3 in 1 drink for simple morning breakfast.Thanks.

    Value for money”

    The best thing about this place is the facilities in the pantry - very convenient to have fridge, water dispenser and microwave. The second thing is the large space. Parking is under roof but with limited space during peak time. Ceiling fan is a plus since it helps dry clothes and towels. Cleanliness was an issue, but all you have to do is ask for extra moping of the floor. I highly recommend bringing your own bed sheet, pillow case and blanket, maybe also bedroom slippers and an old rag to dry feet.. which is easy if you come by car. I like the window leading to the corridor since it offers ambient light when lights are off and fresh air from outside. Other than that I have nothing to complain about since everything is suitable with the price offered. I wouldn't mind staying here again but I will always bring my own bed sheet.

    Staying for one nite..family with 5 kids in spacious room(1 queen n 1 single bed). Price really reasonable rm100/nite..only parking very limited as this is housing area.
