The water view was nice and the location is near the downtown and the public market, which was great. The room was spacious. It is much nicer inside than how it looks outside. I highly recommend it.

Sunlight with a Balcony ”
The hotel could be rated higher than a 3-star. The room was superb, view from balcony great harbor and boardwalk view. Need to work on cleaning the area directly behind the hotel. Also, breakfast setup could use a refresher. Coffee tasted old or stale, congi needs condiments to go with( boiled eggs, chopped green onions), no option for toast but had a toasted available.

Spacious rooms, great bathroom. I think they should be rated as 4 stars rather than 3. Service was great, especially the staff at the restaurant, they were so helpful and kind, i was so appreciative of their help. Even though things weren’t smooth they did way and beyond to keep me smiling. Location is great 5 mins from the baywalk and just in front of the market and many shops. This hotel doesn’t have pool but a pretty good gym which has much higher value in my eyes. AC in the gym needs to be fixed. The only things that requires improvements are that the Beds are tough and wifi is really unreliable. Great potential.

Well located near the waterfront. Room with balcony and view was well decorated, roomy and clean. There was a booking anomaly that the manager expeditiously and cheerfully considered and provided us with the room which we believed we booked. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. All staff from reception, management, restaurant and cleaning were very professional, courteous and responsive.

Despite of some negative reviews i've read, i still book this hotel because the location if accesible to all..During my stay, i can say that the hotel and staff exceed my expectation,The hotel provided all things that you need, sewing kit,hair dryers and hygiene kits.Rooms is spacious, with cabinets, and tv and ref.Recommended rooms are the one that has a balcony, with bay view.. Locations are accesible to all,just around the city..sm are nearby, drugstore and convenience stores.. Gym and resto are also inside the hotel..bfast meals are free ..just go to their resto and claim ur meal,buffet style🙂

This hotel location is the heart of town, just 10 mins by foot to the bay walk and surround with many convenient stores ( such us drug store, supermarket and etc) . Room is spacious and clean . Definitely will recommend this hotel for those want to stay in Puerto Princesa.

Nice Room, but...”
Our room was nice, big, and clean. However, the window looked onto another wall so I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for more than 1 night unless there was a room with a window facing outside. The light bulbs above the bed don't actually turn off completely so it's basically like sleeping with a night light; not good if you like complete darkness. The mattress was extremely hard. There is a gym in the building which was convenient. Good for weigh lifting but the cardio machines are old and barely functional. Breakfast was decent with various options.

The location is quite good and if you desire to be near the beach for a day catch a cab. There is a waterfront area that has a number of open air restaurants and shops. You can sit there and watch the families and children enjoy a safe location of fun, while having a tuna steak and a bucket of San Miguel Light.
