We stayed sun-mon and was late for the check in. Apparently, we were the only guests at the time, so the staff was already sent home before we could arrive (check in eas at 2, we arrived at 5pm w/o telling so it’s our fault). The owner was generous to offer to drive us to town proper and back for dinner. The location might be a tad too far, literally at the end of the island (hence the expensive trike fare) but the place was so perfect for an overnight stress reliever that i have no complaints. Will definitely go back.

No rowdy crowds, no loud music. All you can hear is the sound of water on the shore. Our cottage - the Tree House has its own charm. Do not expect a 5 star accomodation but thats the point, Sunrise Cove being close to nature doesnt need that type of extravagance. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean albeit it was small still had a functioning water heater. There's an A/C but hardly used it as the breeze from the sea was enough to lull as to sleep. Rustic and simple. It was a perfect stay.

Pros: natural life and peaceful, closed to the nature, if u want tahimik at di maingay na resort this is perpect, konti lng ung mga cottage so konti lng tao,,, mostly pumupunta is mga professional, kya desiplinado, walng malakas n sounds na nkalaistorbo sa kapit cottage. Walng ng vvideo okie, walang ngpaparty at ng sasayaw s beach,, mostly ngpupunta is yong mga ng memedetate sa tabe ng dagat. Perfect place for us Cons: Food is expensive in restaurant nla so bring food stock if you stay longer, but u need to pay for kitchen usage, food corkage.no ref, Not advisable to commute is too far, no drinking water.

Chill away from city ”
I stayed here with my fiancé and soon to be mom in law. We had a great stay. The vibe is very chilling. The beach is super calm and surroundings are just pure nature. We are nature lovers so it is great that we stayed here. We stayed in a nipa hut and slept so well at night. The owner is very accommodating as well as the staff. Their cook in the restaurant cooks good food. We had a great dinner for 2 nights. Thank you so much!

Very relaxing place”
The place is very relaxing and I enjoyed my stay with my friends. The staffs are very accomodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to escape the city noise and just relax with the calm sea waves, Sunrise cove is a great choice. The place is not crowded. The location of the huts are great - ours is facing the beach and you can see the beautiful sunrise! They also have a swimming pool so when it is low tide and you cannot swim in the sea, you can enjoy the pool free of charge! The owner is also very accomodating and kind. He even gave us a bonfire experience with complimetary marshmallows - for free! Will definitely recommend this place to others.

The place was far but easy to go to. It was an unplanned vacation and it was very worth the travel and money. The place is like a paradise and the staffs are very accommodating. The serene and tranquil view of the sunrise and the ocean is perfect to relieve your stress. We love the place and we will definitely go back.

great hidden place to experience the nature & ocean”
The fantastic place to escape from city life! amazing place to listen to the sound of ocean and the listen to the all nature of beauty. The name of place “ Sunrise” It is true. I felt like the place for to see the SUN rise for us over the ocean! I was also lucky to able to hold the baby goat... it was so so sooo cute... the 🐐 family , mother and babies are walking near the bangaloo. All the staff are very kind. if you were expecting to have 5 stars or 4 stars hotels of quick service of big city, if so... this place not for you. we could deeply relaxed at the bangaloo. with very relaxed atmosphere. It’s better to bring your all of daily staff, example shampoo, soup, towel so on. Bangaloo are located at the next ocean but there are lot of steps. Of course the staff did carry my luggage or bags. But in the bangaloo do not have the telephone, you cannot frequently ask to bring the paper or any daily goods.

We booked the treehouse and it was a unique experience. Far away from the city it was a relaxing experience all throughout. The kitchen cannot be used in the treehouse anymore but the staff offered to cook the food we brought for a small fee. Aside from some insects that we saw on the treehouse it was still a great experience

Great value for money with very good sceneries”
If you want to have a peaceful and serene place, this is very much recommended. Please do not expect 5-star hotel experience in terms of facilities as you get what you paid for. Nice greeneries as the rooms are near the beach and you feel the breeze and waze. Location is quite far but is worth it. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. There's a very friendly dog, Bagani, who resides in the resort. You can pet him but be very mindful of the food that you'll give.

Pets Allowed. I was really looking for a place where we could bring along our Rio and glad to have found Sunrise Cove. It has everything that myself and my wife have been looking for in a chill vacation - scenic drive, kubo feels, good food, pets allowed. Thank you to the warm and friendly resort staff who helped us when we almost lost our dog in the mountain. Wish I could come back soon, hopefully with our extended family.

SURPRISINGLY FANTASTIC”
If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of city life and you long for that nature call, this is exactly the place you need to be... Please do not expect high tech facilities in this place, it's quite given already. The Staff are amazing, the place is in tune with nature and the experience is nothing but great! Oh and the infinity pool is just an icing on the cake!

Kudos to all staff, they provide what you need if ask. A little bit hassle if you commute because it was at the very end point of Calatagan as per the tricycle driver we hired and it will cost you P350 /tricycle! I also suggest that since it is a beach front resort, please do offer seafood on top of your usual restaurant foods. All in all, we enjoyed the beach for its tranquility especially my 4yr old daughter. Thanks!

Staff service 5 star. The honeymoon house needs to be fixed ., ac's temp is like 27 degrees during that day it was so hot. Water heater is not working so prepare when you take a bath at night. House is dusty. The bamboo bed is so old and already has bukbok. Bathroom is so old too a lot needs to be fixed. Beach not swimmable theres a bed of grass, good thing they have a pool. But the ambiance is really great if you want to relax. Maybe if they will fix the broken things and clean the kubo we might comeback.

Quiet getaway”
The place was really nice, though a bit far from the main town, the travel was worth it. The kubos needed renovation because they were a bit rundown, but nothing to be worried about. The food at the restaurant were delicious, but you need to make sure you talk to the staff in regard with the food you'll be ordering, especially for dinner. The beach, no question, beautiful and peaceful. No need to ride a boat to see the fishes. Had an amazing time.
