The hotel has an excellent and friendly staff with great views, including breathtaking sea and infinity pool views. Super clean rooms have convenient amenities such as cloth racks and refillable water bottles in the fridge. The amazing pool with stunning views, according to guests, adds more to their experience.
Great views from hotel, though remote from beach and requires transportation for access. Not ideal for beachfront location seekers, but still offers an amazing stay.

I shared a three bedroom suite with 2 friends. The suite was very spacious and each room was huge. We were very comfortable. The staff a super helpful and everyone was incredibly friendly. They helped us order a car to take us into town and all went very smoothly. My friend had his laundry done with express service and the regular vendor couldn't get it done in time, so the staff found someone who could. The food at the restaurant was OK, but our only complaint was the dishes had zero spice to them. This was a common thing we found all over Koh Phangan - all the Thai diehses have been watered down to accommodate the bland palates of white tourists. We couldn't get authentic Thai cuisine at any restaurant so we got it from 7 Eleven which had proper spice. That aside, everything else at Sunset Hill was great and we would definitely stay there again.
Everything was perfect about this place during our stay there: the room was large and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful we've got everything we asked for and even mote, food was delicious both western and thai, pool is perfect. We enjoyed so much that we extended our stay for another week.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Big, clean and comfortable rooms with an awesome view. Lovely pool and sauna. Staff were very friendly and keen to help in any way. They had a motorbike brought to us for our stay and booked our onward journey to URT Surat Thani Airport for us (taxi, ferry, bus) without any problem. They did have building work going on but it was at the back, away from the rooms and only during normal working hours. It didn't bother us at all. Highly recommended 👌🏼
