Travelled w a couple friend and I like that they have a room for three which is one big size bed for 2 and a separate room w si gle bed for me, gave me privacy from my couple friends. Room is cozy nice clean, the sheets pillows towels are fresh. The bathroom has a good spacious layout. We asked for a bed makeover on our 2nd day and it was neatly done..wifi is perfectly good. And the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Location is close to everything 👍👍👍👍👍

Great location, great staff and value for money”
Location is great. Staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located on Liverpool street next to Kent street near to many shops and restaurants. Thai town and Chinatown are also very close by and the Townhall light rail and train stations a 3 min walk away. Room is comfortable and has great amenities, a very comfortable bed and a good shower that has a rain shower or handheld shower option. The staff Swayam, Risnik and Leon helped me check in when I stayed and were very friendly and warm. Altogether a very enjoyable stay in Sydney. I see would happily come back again!

My stay at Hotel Sydney CBD has been the most accommodating and hospitable hotel experiences I have encountered. The cleanliness and design of the rooms is flawless and very luxurious. The beds are comfortable and all of the decor is modern and aesthetically impressive. Furthermore, the rooms are perfect size. When it comes to the staff, everyone from the cleaners to the manager offer a direct, friendly, and authentic experience with them that is humbling and leaves you feeling a warmth in the hotel's atmosphere. My stay was most comfortable and enjoyable and I would rate Sydney Hotel CBD on par with what I would expect in the rooms and from big chain hotels like The Hilton; Rydges; and the Hyatt. Actually, I have stayed at those hotels in the past and the staff treat you like a number in a room. Whereas, at Sydney Hotel CBD, you feel appreciated and welcome everyday. You are a person and guest, not a number in a room. Whenever I am in Sydney, I will stay at Sydney Hotel CBD as it is an experience I will never forget and like to return to. The hotel is not your fancy 5 star hotel. However, the staff is very helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Would like to especially commend the manager who was very gracious in accomodating our requests for the room . The location is perfect, food places in every corner , and very close to the places to gp around in Sydney. I would definetely recommend this place.

What a gem - best value I have ever had.”
I needed a centrally located bed for one night. YEHS provided that and more. Very convenient parking behind at Meriton apartments. Very clean and tidy room, with bed options - I had a queen size. Bathroom with good sized shower I didn't need a ladder to get in to (dodgy knee). Lovely, friendly staff, Leon on the front desk was efficient, friendly and welcoming. Manager Alejandro took the time to say hello and confirm my satisfaction with my stay. I would thoroughly recommend a quiet, convenient, central, clean and friendly alternative to the bigger chain hotels where you are only a room number.

My hubby and two older kids stayed in Syd CBD due to a wedding. We loved the hotel location cause it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Note: Parking is not on site. There is a parking station around the corner for $35 24hrs. Overall I give it an 8/10

Wonderful Stay Great Little Hotel”
I recently spent 4 nights at YEHS Sydney CBD, whilst the rooms were compact ( which we were aware of before arriving) they were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The room size wasn't an issue as we were only sleeping and showering there so didn't need excessive space. The Hotel is really well located with all types of food just around the corner from Korean to Thai , Chinese, Japanese and European. World square shopping Centre is just there as well. A short walk gets you to either Chinatown or Town Hall light rail and even QVB, from there it is possible to easily access any part of Sydney. I cannot speak highly enough of the Manager and Staff at the Hotel they were all wonderfully friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile and hello each morning. They could certainly teach other much larger hotel chains how Customer Service should be done. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again when in Sydney nor hesitate to highly recommend to friends

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel because of their staff especially the very accommodating and helpful manager, Alejandro. From the time we checked in until we checked out, he was ably assisting us with our needs. Like location on tour meeting places, places to eat and visit and others. Hotel location is very accessible to transportation and to the tourist spots. In a hurry to catch our shuttle to the airport, we forgot to give a tip which they truly deserved. So sorry Jandro, maybe in our next visit. Again, thank you for everything.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very convenient and close to everything. The rooms are very clean. Most importantly, I would like to commend the Thai staff, especially Nong Prae, for their excellent recommendations and service. For Thai people who come to visit or visit relatives, I highly recommend this hotel. If you have any problems or need advice, you can always ask Nong Prae, the Thai receptionist. She is very lovely and helpful. I give her a full score of 10 out of 10, or even 100 without deduction.

I am from Singapore to Sydney and this is my first time to Sydney. Initially I couldn’t imagine how it is as the photos are always good from their website. But it is really good in terms of location, convenience, comfort, staff. Location: it located at CBD and really spends 10 to 20 mins from here to Sydney Tower Eye, Opera House, Queen Victoria Building by walk. Convenience: Actually I visited 3 supermarkets around this area and the price is acceptable like Singapore as we can not buy anything from 7-eleven or convenience shop due to their price are more expensive than supermarkets. Otherwise I really don’t know how much they earn per month to afford their living standards in Sydney as Singapore’s living standards is high like car, house. Comfort: The room is clean and comfortable. Staff: They are very friendly and they are all china Chinese when they talk in Chinese from their accent. Next time I would stay this hotel again.

Just the job for Sydney "Vivid"!!”
Right in the heart of Sydney, close to all local amenities & shops, this hotel does not disappoint. We arrived after 2pm, our room was ready - but as the bed was a little cramped against a wall (! am 186cms tall!) we requested another. This was arranged with kindness & professionalism and we relocated to another room, bigger bed. The location is perfect - Darling Harbour a short walk away & everything else so easily locatable by train or bus. Get an Opal card - it is so worth it! On leaving, we asked to leave our bags for an extra hour, no problem. Downsides - well, only one really. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of it's own, there were no instructions & we were quite cold till we sorted it out. A heater was offered, but some instructions on how to program the aircon would have been appreciated. Other than that, a good stay. Would we stay there again? Yes, I think we would! The location is perfect and close to shopping area and all attractions within the city. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. The rooms is clean and you will find all the basic needs inside. There are only minor issues for me because the room doesn’t have lights control beside the bed. You have to stand up and go to the hotel door to switch the lights off. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. My room is located at 8th floor and at night you will hear the loud music of the nearby bars. They don’t have the universal power outlet for travellers to plug in your phone charger and you have to deposit $20 to loan an adapter in order for you to charge your phone. Overall my stay was very good and will definitely comeback to the same hotel during my next visit to Sydney. I will refer Sydney Hotel CBD to my friends to book in the same hotel for their upcoming trip to the city.

CBD hotel was perfect for us. The room was a little bit smallish tify and clean, very good value for the money, so close to all the activities we wanted to do on our long weekend around Sydney CBD ,the staff were friendly and attended to all our request promptly. The only negative was we couldn't extend our stay for half a day as our flight was in the evening at 8:00 they wanted to charge full price for the room for 6 hours of use,but all around very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Sydney CBD hotel is well located on the corner of Kent and Liverpool Streets. Close to Town Hall train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They greet you every day. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean. This hotel has several reasonably priced restaurants within 50 metres. Thai,Malay,Japanese, korean, Italian and a Northern Spanish restaurant. 3 pubs. Well worth the stay.

Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Sydney town tourist spot, such as Sydney tower, St mary's cathedral sydney, Chinatown, Paddy's market, Darling harbour side, and Town hall MRT station and so on... Cleanliness of hotel room is 10/10 provide daily room cleanning sevices... The room interior design is comfortable and look like new... provide mini frige, hair dryer, TV... if u booking for 3 people as me then got a queen bed and a single bed then the single bed have own TV, this is what i am surprising... The hotel staff is nice and willing to provide useful information... Only the thing no convenience is no Wifi/need to pay money... but most of hotel in sydney are same... Environment of hotel, u can find the restaurant around this hotel easily...

I booked into Sydney CBD, not sure what to expect, but have to say that it was excellent. I was travelling with my niece from UK and we spent 12 days in Sydney exploring the sights. The room was rather compact, but as we were only there to sleep and spent most of each day out and about it was perfectly adequate. The room was serviced every day and towels changed daily. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We came on a vacation to Sydney this end of May. We chose this hotel for our stay i.e,4 days. I should say that it is the best decision to choose this hotel. Great location.
