Best hotel in Da Lat ”
We stayed here initially for one week but finally prolonged it once and going to do so one more time totaling overall time spend in Da Lat of 3+ weeks. Before we stayed in another hotel in Da Lat center and studied through Agoda/Booking/AirBnB all options nearby Tuyen Lam Lake. We like calm and relaxed leisure outside of noisy locations. Terracotta is the best hotel in Dalat for us meeting all our requirements. It has a fantastic park cultivated with love and taste. Placed right on the shore of the Tuyen Lam Lake, it provides you great opportunity to start your morning with the walk having water on the one side and pine-trees forest from the other. The service - both standards and attitude to guest - are superior, we are feeling ourselves like at home. We found "our place" in Vietnam and for sure will come back there not one time. Clean fresh air and a pleasant surprise ”
Upgraded to a family connecting basement room, exceeded expectations. No air condition, but there is really no need for it. Woke up to pine trees and a beautiful lake with fresh air. For explorers who travelled from the city, there is no need to travel out to visit strawberry, vegetable, flower gardens, you can access those within resort. There is shuttle to the city from the resort, but otherwise you can take a taxi about +/- 100k VND. I stayed there on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised to come home with a birthday cake in my room. Thanks Terracota for the relaxing vacation for me and my family.

Best thing I love is dinner here. Breakfast has many-things to eat. (the most I love is Omelet Cheese smell is very Good) I'm Thai people but I love their test so much. (& Price is quite cheap) room is very bigger than I expected. I love bathtub. in image it has bicycle but in hotel has no bicycle for rent. there is Spa and Pool beside hotel I love area around hotel it has a big lake and nice view of forest You should be here for take some rest with friend or family.!

Exceptional”
Stayed in here for so many times over the past few years. Never let me down on the services and quality. Minor issues like some particular room is freezing at night and broken toilet, but overall am very happy with the resort. Last sunday night my car broke down with a dead battery, a mile away from the resort, i called resort for help as i was literally in the middle of nowhere and all service centers in city center refused to come to help. In less than half an hour i got a call from a senior manager who later sent a car there and jumpstarted my car. So thankful for their help. Best services ever! Keep up good work Terracotta.

Know this resort from time but this my first stayed here. Amazing place with very big garden surround, can jogging or biking. Lovely movement to seat and look over at Tuyen Lam Lake just right in front of your villa. Everywhere clean and tidy. Definitely come back

Great quality resort ”
Stunning view, great staffs, great facilities. This resort is only suitable for one who want to spend time relaxing but not the one who want to travel and explore Dalat. I love the atmosphere here and even love it more in the rain season. This is my second time here, and I definitely will comeback. And it’s cheaper to have dinner and lunch inside the resort than the restaurants outside.

A place worth staying when coming to Dalat. Located outside of Dalat city center (about 20 minutes by car), but gives me a feeling of peace and comfort. The space is very beautiful with pine trees and Tuyen Lam lake.

The resort is really big and beautiful, surrounded by the pine tree forest and Tuyen Lam lake. We felt relaxed when walk along the lake, everything is quiet and peaceful. All staffs are very friendly and professional. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast, we hope it had more choices. Anyways, we had a good time there and will recommend.

Quiet stay outside Dalat”
My wife and I stayed for 4 relaxing days at Terracotta. The hotel is 15 minutes outside the town but thankfully provided a shuttle into town about 4 times a day (which we used diligently everyday). Terracotta is a lakefront property with tranquil walking paths and patios. A separate building houses the pool, gym, recreation area and spa. There are 2 breakfast areas, indoor and outdoor, but due to numerous tour groups, very full and very hectic. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer motorbike rental. Datanla Waterfalls is only 5 minutes away and the rider controlled roller coaster was awesome. Overall Terracotta offers a clean and spacious room to explore Dalat. I would definitely return in my next visit.
