Despite the coronavirus scare, Thanh Thanh hotel welcomed me with open arms (not the rule of thumb during these troubled times). The location is perfect, price is right and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was in walking distance of all my usual spots (I frequent Da Lat). Just a pleasure to be so warmly welcomed at a first-class establishment...

Spacious and great value”
I stayed two nights here and found the rooms were very spacious and my standard room overlooked the city. WiFi was good. The room had a fridge. Cleaning staff were very good. Desk staff were ok, not overly helpful. Location was great, easy walking to Dalat Markets and the lake. Great food and coffee close by.

Good staff was very helpful and nice despite limited English. Just have patience to use Google translate and the staff is very helpful to assist. Rooms are small but very good value for the price and location.

Good but need improvement”
The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly, nice and responsive. However, the room was very low and my friends and I hit our head ceiling countless times. The first night, there were something wrong with the heater so the water was very cold and showering cold water in Dalat is a torture. But after informing the staff, they took action and we had hot water on second day. Limited sharing toilet as we need to line up for turns. Overall it was ok.

Beware of cockroaches”
We booked a 2 night stay here. On the first day we found out there was a cockroach in our room and called the reception. It was around 10pm. The staff showed up and he gave us an insect spray and left. We had to get rid the insect ourselves. Then in the next morning we found another one. This time we complained with the reception face to face, but the morning staff was surprised as she didn’t hear about this before. Apparently the previous staff didn’t tell anyone about our problem. This is not professional.

The Best Hotel Ever”
We arrived early at 6.00 am at the hotel. We couldn't check in early because the hotel was fully booked. But the hotel staff gave us a bathroom to shower and change clothes and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel lobby. Likewise on the second day, we checked out at 12.00 pm noon and the hotel staff gave us a bathroom for the same purpose as yesterday and we parked our luggage in the hotel lobby before leaving for Ho Chi Minh at 9.00 pm.

Very convenient , near night market, bank, coffee shops, its a budget hotel, to us it is more than enough, value for money For Muslim travellers, Dalat Halal food restaurant is 1.2 km away, you may walk or take a grab , its about 33k vnd from the hotel... 🤗 There's few other restaurants in town, just google and take grab to go from the hotel... Hope my short review help others ♥️
