This hotel is excellent in every respect. Helpful staff, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, fridge, good wifi, water boiler, flat-screen TV. the works. One problem I have with many Thai hotels and guesthouses is the mattresses, which are often hard as a rock. These are firm but comfortable. When we pulled into the parking lot, a young man ran over to the car to help direct me into the space, then grabbed our bags, put them on a cart and ran to the hotel entrance to open the door for us. Trust me, this simply doesn't happen in Thailand. We have the cheapest room in the 5-story hotel that cost a mere 650 baht and it is perfect. We spent the day driving around and had put the do-not-disturb sign on our door because we didn't feel the need for room service. When we returned at 6 pm, the desk clerk had fresh towels and water ready for us. Unbelievable but true. This is a truly excellent hotel and I highly recommended it!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable room”
Hotel staffs were very polite, friendly, and helpful. We booked a deluxe room but the hotel also gave us an upgrade to super deluxe room. The towel were made in elephant shape, so cute! The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was clean and sound proof, no noise from outside very easy to sleep. Really recommended. The hotel locate in the town but not on very busy road. Very close to train station night market. Just 2 block away in walking distant. We used car and they have parking lots.

The Centris is a 4-star hotel and located in the downtown of Phatthalung City, with a 5-minute walking distance from the Phatthalung Train Station. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean and comfortable, and has a balcony that gives a good view of the neighborhood. The city is great for cost-effective eating and shopping. We will definitely come back in the future.

Excellent in all respects”
We stayed here for four days in January 2022. The staff is excellent as are the amenities in the room. Good beds, vanity, desk and chair, mini-fridge, water boiler, good WiFi, and off-street parking. The staff was especially helpful and courteous. When we arrived the bellboy ran out and grabbed our bags and then hurried to hold the hotel door open for us. I've never had service like that in a Thai hotel before. When we return to Phatthalung, I will be booking a room at Centris for sure. Highly recommended.

The staffs are very good. They help to carry the luggage once u parked your car. There is welcome drink as well. Breakfast is good but optional. U can choose to add on or without. Room is clean. Location is good. Parking quite a number but still full at night. Recommend well.

It serves for an overnight stay before driving up north to Phuket. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We visited the Thala Noi in the morning which is a gem.

Clean and welcoming”
This hotel is within a couple of minutes walk from the train station, the main market, the night market, a popular wat, and the main road for shops including a Tesco Lotus, and yet it's still really quiet. Rooms are spacious and super clean, and staff are all charming and welcoming. The beds are firm, but not unbearably so, and the rooms are well appointed. Best of all, some rooms have amazing views of the mountains and sunsets.

Booked for 2 adults with 1 children but when arriving Hotel was told no extra bed and breakfast for children. What for to book for children if no extra bed and breakfast for children. I am not sure whether the problems is in Agoda or Hotel. Luckily the Hotel eventually gave breakfast for children but with extra pay for extra bed. Very bad experience.

Nice hotel in pattalung”
Good location, 5 min walking distance to market, 10 min walking distance to seven eleven, and walking street. Many restaurants nearby. It is in the middle of the town. They also have free bikes to ride. Very quiet at night and having a good sleep. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast taste good. Have net flix on the TV. Will come back here again for my next stay

Nice and clean with great service ”
Nice and clean room but the shower was of lower standard than the rest of the hotel. The staff did not speak English but tried to help us as much as they could. Service was great with a small drink every time we were waiting in the lobby. They arranged us a transport to thale noi park early in the morning.

Great hotel in the middle of town ”
A very nice hotel that is relatively inexpensive. Staff are pleasant and helpful, helping us carry our bags from the Carpark to reception and then to the room. Our room was big and beautifully decorated, large comfortable bed, only complaint is no hot water in the vanity. We will be back.

This hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Bed was comfortable and staffs was friendly. Lots of car park space. too. Great location near to Train Station Night Market and Municipal Morning Market So far this is the best hotel I ever stayed.

Great hotel you don’t miss”
All staffs are so nice with great service mind. The room I got can get the good view of Ta-Lu mountain. It’s amazing to see it in anytime all days. You can select many styles of breakfast. Side dishes are nice by traditional desserts. Opposite the hotel has minibus to Khuan-Kha-Noon district. I will choose this hotel again when I visit there.
