We enjoy staying here ! I reserved the lake view and it was week worth it ! Our room was clean , modern and has a whirlpool jacuzzi! Thr staffs were super friendly and helpful ! We had a great time ! Definitely will come back!

Great spot on Sun Moon Lake”
The location and views from the room were great. The staff were most helpful and friendly. One (tiny) suggestion for improvement-the room carpet has seen its better days and should be replaced. But, all in all, this was our favorite stay in Taiwan!

Luxurious comfortable Hotel ”
This boutique hotel was centrally located just next to Idashao boat pier and it is very close to eating and shopping facilities. Hotel was very posh with "atas" feel be it at lobby, breakfast area or the room. The 2 nights stay was well worth it with friendly and very competent hotel staff.

We total have 3 groups of family went for vacations at "The Crystal Resort Sun Moon Lake". The outside view from the room is excellent, like it very much. Location was just beside the main street, very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful with the travel information, great service , and nice. If have chance will plan to arrange to there again.

A little piece of heaven”
The hotel is well situated and our room had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only tiny improvement I would suggest is replacing the room carpet. Other than that, the bed, the bath, and the amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice hotel and helpful staff”
It’s a small hotel located just right next to Sun Moon Lake. We booked a suite lake view room which has a balcony we can sit there watching how beutiful the lake is and enjoying the cool weather anytime we want. We also like the automatically toilet in the bathroom, very convenient. Will consider staying here again next time when we are back in Taiwan.

Clean hotel with good view”
Very spacious room and nice facilities with a lovely rooftop view of the lake. Housekeeping staff were very hardworking and on the ball. Most staff were very helpful and accommodating except for one of the night-time shift staff who didn't seem to be putting in much effort into requests. Great location for access to ferries but will require a ~500m walk if taking the bus from Shuishe. Great to have the Itathao street market just outside too. Easy access to lots of good food and shops! Prices were a bit on the high side but in line with the generally-higher prices of Sun Moon Lake. We quite enjoyed this stay as a relaxing break after exploring Taipei the previous week. Sounded grander than it is though. Felt more like a boutique hotel than an actual resort.

Clean property with great views of the lake! ”
The room was clean, and my kids loved the bathtub. It is also just right next to the night market - though the entire in general is very small - just 1.5 streets of food/ shops which close before 8pm. So the DVD rental was very useful in helping keeping the family entertained at night. The view of the lake at the breakfast area is beautiful.

Place is located just next to pier, very close walk. Close to ropeway and market. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast view is awesome, breakfast menu just okay! Overall clean and decent place for a short stay

Perfect Location”
This hotel is located right across from the lake. Room was quite spacious and comes with a nice sized TV with a surround sound system. Free DVDs for rent is available in the lobby. Only downside to this hotel is the carpark is quite a distance away but the staff is very helpful and will give you a ride on their moped from the hotel to the carpark. Staff members in the lobby were very friendly as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The AC worked great, the lake view family room was fantastic. Great value for the price. Breakfast first day was just ok and second day we really enjoyed the pasta. Can’t beat the location. Also appreciated the elevator (traveling with a stroller), and nice touch with the coffee in the lobby.

We chose a Lake View room (you must specify - and pay - if this is important to you). Friendly staff - in an informal way. Perfect place, by the Lake. Decent breakfast. Used the restaurant one evening and had a very good meal. (Fixes menu/fixed price).

Good and clean hotel”
Room is very nice, luxurious and excellent view of the lake. My only complaint is the fitness facility looks like a play room, only cardio machines. No weights what so ever or muscle building machines. Wouldn't bother using that facility since it's small and lack ventilation. Also you can get plenty of cardio work out just by cycling around the lake. They do have parking but it's a 5 to 10 min walk in an open carpark. Not really located close to the hotel.
