Excellent hotel and service”
We thoroughly enjoyed our couple days at the Phnom Penh InterContinental Hotel. The service was excellent! We have found the Cambodian people to be very gracious hosts always trying to predict and take care of your needs. The hotel is clean and well run in all areas. Our room was spacious and up-to-date with every amenity. The downstairs deli was great for snacks and light meals and the restaurant served a wonderful buffet breakfast.

The InterContinental was a fantastic place for our group to stay during our short trip to Phnom Penh. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Overall, would recommend anyone traveling to Phnom Penh to stay there.

Nice, clean, and standard”
My first visit to Phnom Penh, choose Intercon as it's a standard international chain and it is as good as expected. Room facilities are 5 stars standard. Bed is so comfortable. The key card is a bit annoying as I will have to change it every time I reenter the elevator. You need key card to load elevator to your room. Other than that everything is as I am expecting.

This hotel may seem a little expensive but it is well worth every dollar spent. We have stayed in many very nice hotels in Phnom Penh, as well as other cities in Cambodia and it has been the nicest hotel we have stayed in.

Pleasant room, comfortable beds”
A nice hotel in Phnom Penh. Very pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. Large bath with great shower. A wonderful buffet breakfast with an extensive Asian and Western choices is included with most room options. The hotel was perfect for a last night in Phnom Penh before leaving to the airport but would have been a little far from all of the main attractions in the city.

Throughout our several stays at this hotel, we found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the services we experienced on offer from the hotel were on a very acceptable level. This great hotel become our saviour after our return from our Ratanikiri adventure as too upon our return from Sihanoukville/Koh Kong, and if we ever return to Phnom Penh we wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else but here. Our very high praises to the InterContinental Phnom Penh.

International standard”
A nice hotel. Beds were comfortable with something of a gourmet pillow selection. Bathtub and shower in the room. Staff was extra helpful and courteous. In-hotel restaurant was nice at around $10 and up per dish. Nearby restaurant Scoops also quite fancy with unique atmosphere. The fitness facility and pool were well staffed and equipped but closed too early in the evenings for me to get much use from them (8pm). Not much nearby and about two blocks from the nearest minimart. Not too surprising that Internet is an extra charge ($.50/min up to $15/day) although it seems at this class and price they could throw it in.

lovely hotel”
I thought the Intercontinental was excellent. I had a lovely big room on the 12th floor, king sized comfortable bed, lounge, desk, huge flat-screen TV, large bathroom. Room service and restaurants onsite were excellent. Pool area was charming, and the bar had a great laid-back feel. It's not as central as some of the other hotels but that's not really important when you can hop in a tuk tuk for next to nothing and head in to the riverside area.

The place to stay in PP!”
I have stayed at the Intercontinental numerous times and each time I look forward to returning! I am always greated with a warm and welcoming greeting and smile !My requests for a higher level floor have always been attended to, and the rooms have always been to the highest standard! The service at Intercontinental is impeccable with staff going out of there way to assist me with special requests and also wiu my atempt to speak the local language! I sincerely love the Intercontinental... A home away from home!

I am a regular guest at the hotel. It is a great hotel for business travellers. Only thing is rooms need modern TV and the club lounge should change the breakfast menu once every so often.

Intercontinental Hotel”
What a beautiful Hotel. Very warm and inviting and certaily is 5 star luxury. They had a big gym that was fully air conditioned and the most inviting pool area. Food was a little more expensive than outside the hotel but when you're a vegetarian you take what you can get. They had a nice bar area with live music each night. The hotel was very quiet with very few guests. Internet service was poor and down most of the time.

The Intercontinental used to be one of the top hotels in Phnom Penh. And although they still charge 5 star rates, the hotel needs some serious updates. The rooms look very outdated. Such a a pity because the staff is excellent.

Intercontinental Hotel, Phnom Pehn for Businessman”
I think that this hotel is one of the safe hotel and facility is very well for businessman. But the location is not good to go to sight seeing in Phnom Pehn. Because it take time around 1 hr(by walk) to go to the river.
