So much of the accommodation in Pai is bamboo huts with a fan. This place was clean, large and modern and just a 5 minute walk to the heart of walking street. No pool if swimming is important but basic clean and comfortable rooms for a good price

Spent four nights here returned two weeks later and staff returned a padlock we had left, excellent service and hotel was perfect to stay within walking distance of most things and a big area for motorbikes to park

Nice hotel just a little away frm the hustle of the city center. Good to have a scooter. They have a few blocks of rooms, all 2 storey blocks. Room is big and spacious. Bed is also big. Each room comes with a spacious balcony with chairs and tables. The bathroom is also spacious although there is a funny stench off and on but that didnt bother us much. No hairdryer provided but you can ask for one frm the reception. Very peaceful and quiet. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel. We only stayed 2 nights so we did not need any housekeeping, they still left us bottled water outside the room.

Great value ”
One of the best places we’ve stayed in SE Asia on a budget! We got the double bed with aircon deal. It’s a proper hotel room, not like anything you get given in hostels, but for the same price as a hostel. Big bathroom and balcony. Room cleaned with fresh toiletries everyday. Less than 10 minutes to Walking Street and the bus station, with plenty of cheap bars and restaurants around. There’s a self service laundry area 1 minute down the road to freshen all your clothes up for only 20/30 Baht. The only fault was our bathroom had a sewage issue which stunk the room out, but the staff quickly moved us into the same type of room just opposite. Overall, highly recommend.

Great budget hotel, good and quiet location, excellent staff, clean room”
Pros: As mentioned in my title, the price and quality delivered, staff is tremendous help. The location is 200m walk to the night market and most of the good restaurant yet very quiet. The upside down house is the tourist attraction too. Cons: Not sound proof. The good price results in the crowd most of the time even in weekdays. Each block designed to have 4 rooms: 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs per block. It's easy to hear anyone talking outside your room or listening to loud music.

Great stay in modern room”
The room was very spacious, modern and clean with great A/C. The balcony was also nice to chill out in the evenings. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from walking street. Occasionally, there was a slight smell from the bathroom but it was fine if you kept the bathroom door closed. Would recommend overall as it was great value for a room with A/C in Pai.

Amazing place, amazing room”
The room was spacious, modern design, comfortable huge bed (very uncommon in Thailand), nice sized balcony with sitting area, bathroom was of nice size and quality, had to turn the pressure down to get a constant hot stream but the pressure was still good. The property is very well designed, looks very modern and picturesque.

The Heart of Pai offers great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. Drinking water is provided everyday complimentary. The walk into town takes less than 10 minutes. The bed is comfortable with medium firmness. The only con was that the walls are quite thing and we could hear a lot of noise from outside during the night.
