I have stayed at the Jomtien 12 probably 10-15 times since November 2020. I really like its location, it's cleanliness, the comfortable bed and set up of the rooms with an amazing view (take 4th floor) and the nice staff. And the location is also great. I am happy to see that tourists are coming back because in 2020/2021 I was often the only guest. It is a great place to stay!

Great location - reasonable price”
We booked this hotel at short notice in order to look for condos to rent long term. It is right on the beach and a good location with restaurants and bars up and down the beach road, but not noisy. Room needed an uplift and the staff were okay, but not much available in terms of other facilities. All in all with the location it is in it was good value for the money.

Good Not a bad little hotel for the money. Bed was ok and the hotel was quiet. Bad Wifi was always logging out, difficult to work. I had little ants all over my room, When I was eating it would attract them by the thousands.

Value for money but showing its age”
Great quiet spot at bottom end of jomtien beach. Paid 550bht pn online but walk in price was 900bht which was too much. The place is quiet ,A/C worked but no regulation, room was clean and tidy , cleaned daily. Overall an ok place to stay if you on a budget.

Good location but false advertising”
Good value for money, its right on the beach and close to markets and restaurants. Decent rooms and ok breakfast. Friendly staff. One reason we booked it was because it says they have parking on the premises. When we arrived we learned that’s not true at all. The only parking is the public parking along the beach and you need to get lucky to find a free spot.

AFFORDABLE AND GOOD LOCATION”
staying at JOMTIEN TWELVE HOTEL for 2 days... at first i choose this hotel because its still affordable and just a step away from the beach.. About the location. just a few steps to go to minimart... I booked the standard room, the room not too big but its enought for 2 person... what i dont like about the room is only the light, its a little bit dark... What I super like for this hotel? the staff is super duper friendly and fluently in english.... they help us A LOT... really really A LOOOOT.... we can get recommend about where to go, what to do and what transportation we can used.. Ahh.. they also lend us beach towels if we want to play at the beach... for the breakfast, we can have a few choice menu that we can order as much as we want... overall.. i have a super good holiday staying at JOMTIEN BEACH....and will book it again if i want to go to PATTAYA~

Modern Hotel with friendly staff”
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotell, the rooms were clean and there was a breakfast buffe in the mornings. The hotel is very close to jomtien beach were you can rent a chair for 60 bath/person. Most of the staff speaks very good english and is very friendly and helpfull. The bed if kind of hard but you can get o good nights sleep anyway.

Good Fun near the Beach”
First time travelling to Pattaya on my own without any transportation. Hence the accessibility has to be easy, quick and cheap... Hence the Song Taew... A bigger version on a Tuk Tuk. These Song Taew runs along the Jomtien Beach and out to the Central City area. They goes right back too... Normal short trips say from one point to another within the Beach area is about 10THB per person per trip but when travelling out of the beach normally will be good to give 20THB. These practices are used by the Thais too. This information was readily shared by the receptionist of the hotel.

this hotel offers great value for money. located right next to the beach it is perfect for spending some time in pattaya without being in the middle of the nightlife buzz. the rooms are nice and comfortable and the food is good. the breakfast buffett has plenty of varity and tastes good. located on jomtien beach it is only a few minutes away from the walking street of pattaya but still nice and quite at night. perfect place to spend holiday.
