My first time check in to this hotel. Staffs were friendly. They really try to accommodate to each request from my side. Room is big: spacious and just nice for us with 1 toddler. Bed is clean. Linens as well. Surprisingly the. Quality of the bed is good. Overall recommended to others. No doubt.

Comfortable stay with budget price”
Spacious and super clean room, very comfortable bed and pillow, good water pressure and friendly staff . The only downside is they dont have lift but it is acceptable since this is budget hotel. We'll definitely stay here again in the futere.

Easy to find breakfast stall. Friendly staff at reception counter. But, there is no lift here. Walk up by yourself. Quite disturbing when guest beside my room bring children and let their children making noisy day n night. I can tolerate if just a lil bit noisy, but its quite loud like they at home. I can hear clearly. Please guest have a cmmon sense a bit n control your child. Overall for hotel is good. Just problem with guest.

Super Value for Money”
Managed to make the last minute booking after my booking @other hotel cancelled unexpectedly. The suite is spacious and very good for a family with kids. Basic facilities are good. 7-11 is available downstairs, and sky garden is just 100 meters away. You can walk there to have some drinks and enjoy Alor Setar night view.

Simple, minimalistic and convenient”
It's good value for money. We only needed a place to rest for a night so we weren't looking for too many facilities we won't be using. This is perfect. 7-eleven is just downstairs next door. The glass bathroom wall adds the uniqueness to an otherwise simple room.

Spacious room with good basic facilities. Room comes not only with complimentary tea and coffee but also 3 packs of biscuits which i never found even in 5 star hotel. Nearby town and also surround by kopitiam, 7E also spa. Definitely will choose to stay here again.
