Located next door to the Kumamoto train station with immediate access to buses & the tram system as well. The station itself is great: restaurants, shops, convenience stores, information desk, etc. Room size was refreshingly larger than others I had stayed in within Japan & is more akin to standard hotel rooms. Eco-cleaning option is available (elect not to have your linens changed every day, which I was happy to select). Despite the construction going on at the station, I didn’t hear noises when I was in my room. If you’re up for a 20 minute hike, I recommend checking out Hanaokayama. You can see the peace pagoda from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Kumamoto again. It’s a good place to base yourself if you want to explore Kyushu

Location was very near Kumamoto Station and the tram station. Conveniently located with tourist of Attraction nearby. Room was small but it was very clean and well designed.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. We arrived early and had to leave our luggage with them. And by the time we return, they have already placed our luggage in the room. My friend even had a cup of yogurt that she planned to eat that was placed in the room. The location was really good. It was just beside the station, probably the nearest hotel to the station. Furthermore, there was a bus stop just beside the hotel (1 min or less walk) which brought us to shopping streets and malls. Overall, it was an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Near JR train station”
Right next to JR Kumamoto station. We got a nice big corner room for a good price. Neat and clean , though decor is dated. Lack of charging port near bed like modern hotels. Good breakfast selection. Polite staff who help us check in. We deposited luggage early and went out. Luggage was already in room when we return in evening. Near train station but further from city centre and tourist sites. Great for short transit in Kyushu if you visit Kumamoto for short trip

Right next door to JR station and directly opposite Nissan Car Rentals. Our rooms were large by Japan standards and we had a full size bath tub which was heavenly! There's a restaurant and cafe on site and the staff are lovely.

Impressive service”
The whole service team gave us a very impressive experience. We had a small car accident at the car park, the team done everything they could help to calm us. We couldn’t talk in Japanese but they tried hard to communicate with the police and avoid any delay in our trip schedule. We won’t forget the team and would highly recommend their hotel if you are looking for a warm experience!

We really like the breakfast”
The hotel is just beside Kumamoto JR station. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is dated but you can tell it is well maintained. Some of the staff spoke good English so it was easy for us to communicate. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast! We will stay again because of it!

The location was great, the breakfast was great, the staff was helpful, and the hotel was nice. We came in early to have them hold our bags which they do for free before check in which was super helpful. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and the drinks were made amazingly. We were within walking distance of the tram which is what we rode around the city. The rooms were spacious and the beds were huge!
