A great place to relax”
Our family has a 3-day and 2-night stay here and register 5 rooms. First of all, I would like to thank Resort for flexibly upgrading 3 rooms to deluxe (only 2 Deluxe rooms are available at the time of booking and we have small children who wish to stay close to each other). Very great resort: long beach, large beautiful pool, varied breakfast, room with large balcony. Only a minus point is that the Jacuzzi does not work in the pool area, the room on the first floor (1103) is always wet even if it is cleaned, the air conditioner is not working well (1107). Overall, the resort is great and suitable for price. We will definitely come back soon.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities, well maintained by hard working Staff. Location is lovely, food is good wide range available. Spa is great - definitely recommend the reflexology Organised activities for those who want it. Perfect for young families.

A wonderful location for seeing sunrise, just walk to the hotel beach by the side. Buffect dinner is cheap. Location is not conveniece to dine out but the hotel has only 2 restaurants that not much choice. Also menu is limited to one ! Beautiful out look of every room, using big glass as door and window, so give feeling of updated and openess. Very good at that price.

Sailing Bay”
This hotel is extremely beautiful. It is right on the beach, and the pool was an absolute favorite for me. The food on the other had was not the greatest I’ve tasted, in fact I was disappointed in every meal I ordered. I resorted to getting seafood on the beach from locals which was way more delicious and cheaper. The bars were closed most of the time and options were limited. The hotel is far from other restaurants or bars so there’s not much of an option. For a 4 star hotel I expected more.

Nice beachfront resort, mainly Russian package-holidayers ”
This is the type of resort that you stay at if you don't want to leave the resort (as it's a 15-min taxi ride to the main 'strip' of restaurants in town). 90% of guests are Russian package holiday-makers who are on an all-inclusive package; other guests can buy for around $35USD pppn and is OK value as it includes alcohol (although limited selection and only budget brands).

Old hotel, very dirty area”
A typical allinclusive place for russian family. Cheap food and drinks, and the place is old should need a renovation. But it s locatednear to a fine Beach, sad too see so much polotion whith plastic all around the place. Just the hotel beach place was clean, but if you walk 100 meter away on the Beach it was so poluted.

Let down”
The resort itself is beautiful, fabulous pool, lovely grounds, beach access right there but it falls short of its 4 star rating. So much potential but many things letting it down. It’s at the end of a track, miles from anywhere too. I booked a few nights in the middle of my Vietnam travels to relax and unwind before more city hopping. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t know what relaxing means... constant techno/Eurotrash music and kids games with a klaxon in the pool... The majority of the guests were on an all inclusive package and the service for those who weren’t was pretty much forgotten about, getting a drink at the pool bar took forever and on the one occasion I asked for a cocktail I was shocked - a half full grubby old plastic glass of semi stirred lime juice and tequila does not constitute a margarita! On my first day I was offered a thin white ‘beach towel’. When I asked if I could have one of the thicker blue ones I was just told ‘no’. Breakfast buffet was incredible, the evening buffet on offer looked good too but again, the food in the a la carte restaurant for those of us not on the all inclusive package was average at best. Minibar, tea and coffee wasn’t restocked, towels and sheets were grubby with questionable stains, my room had very poor lighting, no good for make up application! Excellent shower though. The icing on the cake was returning to my room one evening to a note under the door informing me that the entire pool area would be unavailable the following day while they erected a huge stage and prepared for the Russian Orthodox Christmas celebration. Although the hotel did manage to keep a small section of the pool area available (probably due in part to my complaint) how is that acceptable?! Surely they’d known for some time this was going to happen, why not detail it on the website? Just an aside - I’m not one of those British people that thinks everyone should speak my language but...The website is in English, the hotel has an Engl

Dont stay here, food and location bad”
The restaurant food, both buffet and a la carte, was awful. I expected decent, and food taste was nowhere close. The location is terrible as you are enormously far from the town or anything at all. The air conditioner was broken and shower only had cold water, clogged drain. The only plus was the pool and private beach.

Improve staff attitude”
Great pool near the wonderful beach. Quite far compare to other ordinary resorts in muine. Staff service not qualified to 4 star hotel, cross my finger to hope that this because of Covid so staff was transfer around and not receive proper training. Only 1 staff during my lunch is excellent , she work with hospitality enthusiasm.

the place is extremely windy (goof for kite surfing) the village is small and dirty, nothing to do there. the hotel looks old, no hot water. it seems that all they care about is money.. we were very disappointed. I do not recommend mui ne at all and I do not understand how this hotel received 4 stars however, breakfast was OK

We had such an amazing time at the sailing bay. Staff were helpful in making sure that we have the best stay. Its located right next to a beach which can be accessed from the resort's pool. Room is amazing and had a great view of the beach. Will definitely come back here again! RECOMMENDED!

Chilled out beach, pool and sun”
We were brought to the location on two motorbikes with our massive suitcases and couldn't believe where we were staying. Hotel looked, and was amazing! Especially given the incredible rate which we got the room for! Hotel has an amazing pool and right on the beach (although the beach is pretty dirty). Problems were it was a good 20 min drive from the main strip. We were looking for a chilled stay after a few hectic days in Saigon and it ticked the boxes. There was little atmosphere around though, but to be honest even after a trip into Mui Ne there wasn't much happening there either.

A great hotel with lovely beach”
We were a bit unfortunate when we arrived the hotel since we were having diarrhea. And the sickness made us very much hotel bond. Hence we really love the swimming pool and the beach in front of the hotel. The hotel is located kind of out of town, where it provides shuttle service to the town of Mui Ne (but time is not so frequent). You can get some supplies (water, beer) from Mui Ne and then enjoy them in the hotel, at the beach. :) Overall, it is a great hotel.

Relaxing and great getaway from bustling cities”
Sailing Bay is a beautiful resort with a private beach. Great if you are looking for peace and quiet getaway. Not a good idea if you're looking for food and nightlife because it's secluded. We were very satisfied with the room (except that the shower water wasn't hot only lukewarm at best) and the view but the hotel food was definitely not 4-star and the management seriously needs to consider teaching their staff basic English. The guy in charged of the egg station at breakfast didn't know what scrambled eggs were. =/ Considering it's remote location, the hotel should also provide shuttle to town closer to dinner time (last shuttle out is about 2ish pm and returns about 4ish pm). Also, USD30 to rent a surfboard for an hour is ridiculous. Other than that, perfect getaway location - waves, beach, new hotel, new interior
