We booked 3 twin bed rooms for our stay. Overall our stay was excellent! Very cosy room to stay. Location was great too. Just a street away from KKKL bus dropped off /pickup point. What I think can be improve: Just that we need to always login to the wifi once we are out of connection. Bed is a little hard based on my own preference. Door closed with Loud bang , anti-sound system need to be improve.

Great hotel, they have simple breakfast but i think is good enough. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is big enough, they have smart WC and good water pressure of shower. just few mins walking distance to Lee Garden

Comfortable bed, excellent hot shower and bidet with seat warmer. Breakfast is simple but very good! Situated in an absolute gem of a location. Close to (walking distance) from train station, lee garden plaza, kai tod decha etc. My husband and I had fun walking everywhere! Aesthetically pleasing lounge area for content creators!

Deluxe Double room is spacious & very practical in layout. Open wardrobe space next to shower is good. Comfy bed & clean room. Toiletries are from a dispenser.... eco friendly! Japanese style toilet with bidet lol! Secure parking area for about 5-6 cars.

Everything perfect except soundproof of room”
I have many good things to say about this hotel but this one thing will make me think twice about staying here again - the poor soundproof of the room. Hotel is nice, the 1st floor lounge with free flow coffee/expresso and junk food is original - the first hotel I've stayed where the lounge is exclusive for guest and free flow. This lounge alone saved a lot of my coffee/cafe money around Hatyai. Yes, free flow of coffee with 2 coffee making machines- imagine that. And free flow of biscuits and nice junk food to munch on from 11am - 5pm. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Hotel room itself is nice. But my goodness the soundproof is bad. Sleeping at night can be a challenge. I was woken due to another guest phone vibrating (at least I think it's the phone), not even ringing just the vibration. I thought it was my own phone, but it was from another room. The doors of other rooms slam hard enough to shake my room. I hope the hotel management will improve this one big flaw. Other than this one flaw, the rest are pleasant. They need 1000bhat cash deposit, but they'll accept RM100 if you don't have enough bhat around. Refundable deposit. Will I stay again? If they fix the soundproofing issue, maybe. If I can hear other guests so well at night, I'm pretty sure other guests can hear me too from my room.

Pros: Clean and spacious Love the heated bidet n shower! Location is near to Lee Garden n Kim Yong but it’s not loud. Just a quiet spot in town Fast wifi The receptionist was friendly and let us drop our luggage at 8am before we could check in at 1pm. Cons: - had to pay B1000 as deposit

Overall the stay is good. Rooms r clean n spacious. Sheltered parking available too. Only downside is that the room at level 2 breakfast area can be quite noisy in the morning while kitchen is preparing food and diners are having their breakfast. The room is right behind the kitchen so early morning 6am can hear chopping sound. Feedback to the counter and they said will ask kitchen to lower the noise level and indeed the next few morning i did not hear it anymore. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden and less than 10mins walk to Kim Yong Market. We booked the family room with a super king size and a queen size bed. Room is very spacious and with balcony. Light refreshment like biscuit, snacks, toast (only in the morning), coffee and tea are provided for free at the hotel 1st floor (common area). The staff is also super friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay here so much. Will definitely come back again.

Location is strategic, quite near to a lot of places of attractions, such as 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden Plaza and money changer and about 8 minutes walk to Kim Yong market. Tuk tuk is also easily available nearby. The highlight has got to be the high-tech toilet with seat warmer, bidet with warm water & dryer to dry your butt.
