Jonathan and Anna where the nicest hotel staff you will ever meet although all of the staff were professional and nice Anna and Jonathan went out of there way to make me feel at home.. The room was spacious comfortable and clean. 2 minor issues that if taken care of would really make this place stand alone. I think having kitchen ware for long term guest would be wonderful and finally I was in room 506 and the shower leaked so I always had to be very careful getting out of the shower. But other than those small issues this place was a hidden gem and I was quite surprised because I didn't see many reviews in YouTube.... I will stay again during my return

We stayed here in 2019 and liked it so we returned this time too. Staff is nice and friendly, rooms, in our case a 1 br condo, are very nice. The hotel is very quiet so if you want to party this may not be the place for you. Location is good with baht busses in both directions close by. There are some good restaurants close by, maybe a one minute walk if you go slow. There is a bar on the corner maybe a 2 minute walk. Our room came with an included breakfast that has a set menu with about 5 choices. The breakfast is simple but surprisingly good.

I had stayed in this hotel before covid several times. This week after covid I came back to Pattaya and stayed in Whitehouse again. The manager and employee are all very kind, the room is big, comfort and clean, breakfast is so delicious I enjoyed very much, and great location too.

Good value for money”
The hotel is not new, but well kept. Great location on soi 13, in the middle of the action, but still very quiet. The room is big and comfortable, and the stuff is polite and helpful. The rooftop pool is only 3 swings long, but still nice to have. Contras: 1)The room had a big bath , but very low hot water pressure. The water would get cold before you fill the bath. Although the shower was fine. 2)The breakfast contains of presets and pretty boring. Can pass. You can eat a fine(but not cheap) breakfast at German restaurant just next door.

Perfect stay”
Clean room with plenty of space and a good shower. Staff was polite and friendly. Great to see a manager, who loves his job and likes to please his quests. Location was perfect. A small balcony, unfortunatly no view but that was not promised and understandble located in the soi. Less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and on top a swimmingpool to relax. Very good breakfast a la carte. We live in Thailand, so we come agaon. Its a recommender.

I have stayed at the white house before. It's my #1 place to stay. Close to shopping and the beach. Only complaint is the water pressure on the bidet is low, other than that . It's the Best. Staff is friendly and professional.
