Location is quite good but cleanliness is not very satisfactory. Many small flies inside the room. Breakfast is simple but suit business travelers.

私は視覚障害者で盲導犬同伴なのですが、スタッフの方が部屋まで案内してくださいました。（フロントから部屋にたどり着くまでの道のりにおける目印なども丁寧に説明してくださいました。） 部屋の中の設備についてもひとつひとつ丁寧に説明をいただきました。点字の説明資料も用意してくださったのは初めての経験でした。 トイレの水を流すのが従来のレバー式であることは視覚障害者にとってはありがたいことです。 また、手を洗う蛇口とシャワーの蛇口が同じというのもわかりやすくてありがたかったです。 それと、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディウォッシュの容器が一体型で壁に据え付けになっているところも視覚障害者にとっては助かります。それぞれ別の容器だと、どれがどれだか分からなくなってしまうんです。欲を言えば、それぞれのボタン上の突起の形状が別々になっているとより分かりやすいと思いました。これは私のわがままです。 私は今回宮城からの旅行でしたが、仙台市中心部の見た目高級そうなホテルでさえ障害者対応知らないんだろうな…と思うようなホテルがあります。そんな中、こちらのホテルで素晴らしい対応をしていただき心の中で感激しておりました。今まで受けた中で一番の対応でした。東京の高級ホテルよりも上です。 また八戸に行く機会がある時はまた利用したいです。 視覚障害者でホテル宿泊に不安のある方にはオススメです。

駅近、ホテル内もキレイで好感が持てます。 朝食もバイキング形式でおかずは種類が少ないが生姜ご飯が美味しかった。 強いて言えば、WIFIの接続方法呑みセツメイガチェックイン時になく、部屋にもセツメイショガなく、フロントに電話をしようと思ったらフロントの番号も書いてなく迷いました。 結局、TVの案内画面にWIFIの記載があったのですが、「まさかや～」と言う感じでした。

部屋の割にベッドが大きいため、窓際のテーブルに行くにはベッドの上を経由しないと難しい。トイレの便器も通常より小さいため窮屈でした。駅前立地なのは便利。
