The room given looked very different from the photos. About 10 years older. First room we were given had not been cleaned yet. Second room was clean, but did not look nice. Needs renovation. Had Cockroaches

Location is in the mid of town, but the hotel is very old and lack of clean. However, the family room is very huge so it is OK for us.

Nothing makes me more angry than when someplace advertises "Wifi in every room" and then I get there and the Wifi doesn't work in my room. Reception was zero help - said I had to come to reception area and log onto the restaurant Wifi. Room was crawling with ants, bathroom smelled of urine and nothing helped, we even tried to hose down the floor area. Cavernous, old, dank.

Located in centre is offering convenient location, big rooms. Unfortunately the bed linen was very old, dirty and with mould smell.

The bed is hard like a stone. Very old sandpaper towels. And they have curfew of 10pm. Front desk not friendly.

It’s nice location. There is a clock tower right front of the hotel, at night clock tower will display light such as green , purple , etc .. there are ‘famous noodle shop’ next to the hotel and you can sit there pay the price as local Thai people , also ‘Kuay Jabb’ , these food are tasty. I’m Thai with my American husband and our daughter. And next to these street food restaurant shop , there are food shop cook by your order such as ‘Tom Yum’ , ‘Pad Kra Praow’ , and etc... , also restaurant in the hotel serve food that tasty also if you don’t wanna walk out, hotel is old but We still like it. Ohh next morning I walk along street , walk from side of the hotel , go out of the hotel then turn left then walk straight for about 5 mins , there is a local Thai market at the opposite of the street , easy to cross as not many cars in the morning (6-7am) , I brought ‘Kanom Krokk’ , ‘Joke rice porridge’ , ‘Grilled pork with sticky rice’ some other local food , they are all yummy and real Local Trang people sell those food. Trang people are friendly and you will pay as local Thai people, (After spent a few nights at the Island , a lot of overprice we spent many paid for non necessary transfer by the boat & taxi mafia , this Trang hotel is relaxing for us , we will go back to the all islands at Trang again we love Trang islands still but next time we will know better way to get there and better way to live and travel around Trangs)The last day we asked for airport transfer and we wanna get FroggTukkTukk , we pay 350bth for our trip (250bth charge and 100bth tip) Frog TukTukk driver is cute and friendly (he is a man with 80yrs old of age but he look like 40yrs old with my eyes)

Apleasant stay in a hotel under major renovation”
Although the hotel was under major renovation, it did not bother me as they the workmen did their best to do everything as quiet as possible. The location is the best in Trang, central, close to markets and parks. Staff does everything possible to be of service.

This is the very first hotel of Trang. So, it's very old and not fancy. Facilities are outdate. Elevator is small and slow. But, a price is very cheap. And location is very good, near the clock tower in the city center. Plenty of parking space behind the hotel. The services are o.k. Good for budget traveler

We lived the huge rooms and acid green with tangerine walls. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We cannot recommend it enough. When in trang, stay here.

Old large hotel. No shower curtain, low water flow. Good and secure parking area. Decent restaurant with English menu. Paid 590 bht for room, Agoda says free breakfast but had to pay 100 bht which was fine for the decent but limited buffet. Trang is a large local town, not much night time activity.

The hotel was little scary because of wide hallways. It seemed like a old hospital or something like this. The hotel is low budget but I didn`t like it very much. The feeling was not good. I didn`t feel comfortable.
