This hotel is a beautiful older hotel. Great ambiance. Wood everywhere. Fantastic location . Staff was exemplary, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.. bacon and eggs as well as Vietnamese food. Highly recommend.

Staff can communicate in English and helpful. Since this hotel served international guests , breakfast serving need to be improved with more variety of serving - curry and spicy gravy to be use for bread / fried rice serving.

Entrance of hotel is directly part of the night walking street! The hotel does not have facilities (no pool/gym/massage). The buffet breakfast has limited range of food n the staff in the morning always look so lethargic. The reception staff are very helpful in giving directions and providing info!

First time in Da Lat”
Pro: Excellent location for night shopping and Cho Da Lat. Downtown attractions. Staff: Outstanding services from main lobby/doorbell to servers at breakfast buffet. Except for the check out. We wanted to pay for everything the night before due to early flights next morning; we could not. It was very inconvenient rushing everything at 5am. This is not a 4 - star standard hotel service Cleanness: Ok. Decently clean. Atmosphere: Room needs improvement. All looks dated, lot of marks. Curtain is not wide enough to cover the whole window; morning light may bothersome. Lights in the room are not bright enough when needed. Even there are still fluorescent tube light. Bed is very hard/not comfort comparing to Dendro Gold hotel in Nha Trang that we stayed earlier that week. IMO, since I traveled a lot in the USA, This hotel needs improvement to earned or be consider as 4 start hotel per USA standard, likes Hilton..ect..
