My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We had a lovely time here. The front desk staff was able to speak English and were very helpful. There's a little cafe in the hotel called Lulu's cafe and we had breakfast there several times, loved the food! Out of all of our hotels that we stayed at in Japan, this was our favourite. The location is very convenient, there are convenient stores nearby, it's not a far walk from the nearest subway stations, and the area is safe and quiet (but not too quiet). We had our room cleaned every day while we were out. We loved the bathroom, the water pressure was strong, and we had lots of hot water to take baths. Would recommend this to our friends for sure. It would be even better if there were some sort of laundry service on site!

Honestly, for this price and location - you get more than you bargained for! I am thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. Good news for future travelers - they are renovating and upgrading the facade of the building. So everything feels fresh and new! Service may not be like a 5-star hotel, but they are nevertheless ready to help you with any questions you may have. A tip to women travelers, do take the women's amenities at check-in for the stipulated number of nights ;)

Exceptional”
This hotel is exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday. Towels, robes, slippers and toiletries were replaced everyday. They also offer you different things upon check in like face masks and hair ties. Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was very courteous. Room was small but we preferred it that way. Near train stations and Don Quixote.

Good location, 6 minutes walk to JR Okachimachi station, 15 minutes walk to Akihabara. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. 900 yen (excluding tax) for a Japanese style nice breakfast. The room is small but clean.

Very close to Euno and Akihabara. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel..very few steps going the train station. There’s so many restaurants near this hotel which we enjoyed..i will definitely stay here again. Staffs were also very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is in a great location! Near a lot of fun stuff to do in Ueno and Akihabara. Close to the train and easy to catch Shinkansens in Ueno Station. The room was small but all we needed. Staff was very nice and everything was clean.

Location is very convenient and subway Yushima station is less than 1 min walk. walking distance to Ameyoko market and overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. We took the quadruple room and it is very spacious (including a walk in for toilet). There are even several free extra pillows to choose from at the reception. The pillows have a huge variety to choose from, memory foam, pips and fluffy type. Enjoyed my stay!

Great bang for ur bucks”
Lived there for the new year. It was great exp. Near subway and cvs, and very quiet. Small room but have everything in place, even incl. Air purifier and moisturiser. Super friendly staff. They knew what u need even u dont ask. Eg. I didnt know how to unlock the hot water in the water bar in the corridor in the late nite, the front staff heard and came to help proactively. Very detail focused service.

Good stay good location ”
Good place for easy access to Ueno. Good location that is not too crowded not too far from the happening. Staffs are good and the room are nice. Elevator is slightly small though and the place feels slightly old.
