New Hotel, Good Location”
the hotel is near to the jomtien beach. it is new and clean. a swimming pool is large enough. this is actually a condominium. the carpark in the shade is reserved for the room's owner. hotel guest has to park under the sun. the room is quite big with seaview every room.

The stay was great. I've been here several times. V8 provides a quiet spot away from the nightlife, etc of Pattaya...great for families. Several food options within walking distance.

Quiet oasis away from Pattaya.”
I was there mid-week in the low season, so things were very quiet around that part of Jomtien Beach. The local 10 baht buses were still running, so in about 15 minutes you could pop into Pattaya if you chose to. There were several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance too.

relaxing, quiet, convenient”
I had a relaxing and fun time at V8 Seaview. My friends and I enjoyed a drink on the balcony watching the sun go down and the moon and stars coming out. The pool is huge and great too.

A good stay, not fancy by any means, but comfortable and relaxing. Huge pool, close to int'l and Thai restaurants and across the street from Jomtien Beach. I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here when visiting Jomtien.

Great ocean view”
When we want to stay around Jomtien beach, we always book this hotel because it's right on the beach front. We stayed on the 12th floor which provides a good view of the ocean. We requested the staff to stay on the left side of the hotel because we stayed on the right side last time and it's next to the high-rise hotel, Furama. The pool is clean and well maintained but there should have more umbrellas around the pool area. Overall, we think it's worth the money we paid even though it's not located in the Pattaya area where the fun is.

More like a Condo than a hotel”
This hotel is more like a condo than a hotel with some floors used as a hotel while others are privately owned. I had a superior seaview on the 12th floor. The view was nice to the beach however there is little furniture, for example, no table and chairs on the balcony. I didnt include breakfast so didnt see any place to eat but there are lots of places outside. There is not really much of a reception area and its quiet most of the time. I had a car and the car park was fine for me. The hotel is about 1/2 way down Jomtien beach road so you would need to use the bus taxi's if you dont have a car or motorbike.

Close to Beach”
Located almost at the end of Jomtien Beach and a little far from everything. I did not have the buffet breakfast, but waled by the small cafeteria. the balcony is big, but nothing to sit on made it difficult to use. Small lobby and internet in room. Room was big and comfortable. It was clean and a nice high rise, but nothing special about it.

clean and new.......apartment feel”
i like this hotel becaue it'clean and new....however they should add a little more detailed to build holiday atmosphere in their hotel. for per night, they should provide a bedside reading light and a tea&coffee set. also at night time the hotel front is very very dark....we drove passed the hotel and got lost for a while. overall i am happy. the location is quite good, however the beach around in this area is not so clean but this is pattaya. by the way,the hotel rate offered at front the day i arrive is the same as what is offered in agoda. (2000bht/room/nite)

Good location”
This hotel is just steps away from the Jomtien beach. The room we stayed has a nice ocean view. It's so breezy all the time at the balcony area. It should have a small table at the balcony so that we can put food or drink on because it's quite enjoyable to sit at the balcony and enjoy the ocean view while drinking or eating at night. There is a small minimart in the hotel so we can get drinks easily.

Nice place to stay I was told built for condos That is why rooms are large. No breakfast but can buy in the foyer or outside easily Dont worry about breakfast like to get up late after night out some breakfasts in hotels leave a lot to be desired hot dog sausages e.t.c 13th floor lovely view

New spacious beach front condo/hotel”
hotel is new and rooms are big. however, the rooms are barely furnished so it does not feel very cozy (yet?). e.g. no microwave oven, no chairs on balcony, sofa not no table or other chairs, no water kettle, no hangers for towels in bath room, not to dream of dvd/cd player. the location is very good. right at the beach road. but it is also pretty noisy there because of the jet skis at day time and music from pimped pick-ups at the beach road at night. but in low season this might not be the case. internet connection was the most disappointing thing. connection was very slow and you have to reconnect over and over again after a couple of minutes or switching off the device. staff was friendly, but not well trained. this is more a condo place with 4-5 floors run as a hotel. good thing is that you have a small shop, 1 coffee shop and 2 massage salons, travel agent, motobike rental inside the building.

pleasant, they offered a chairs to sit on the terrace but to get a kettle was an adventure, However , the staff was very nice and accommodating . Nice big pool as well and proximity to the beach , plenty of parking.

I looking for some hotel for parking my Ducati . I love this hotel there very clean and nice people and last one i rate this hotel because security staff never sleep on night working I down for find some food in 3 AM I have seen security staff alway work. Im feel safe here and my bike too.

Spacious room”
We like this hotel because it's right on Jomtien beach. We stayed on 14th floor and the view of the ocean is great. The room is okay with standard amenities. We love the balcony area because it's spacious but we called the staff to clean again since it's dusty outside. There is a small minimart downstairs so it's quite convenient to get something at night. We like the experience sitting on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean view. Love to try the corner unit next time for a better ocean view.

We stayed in a ‘Family Seaview Suite’ room. The receptionist was very useless and mannerless. No help given. When I tried asking her questions, she replied with negative attitude. She gave us the room on 12th floor but as we tried to open the door, it seems like the lock is almost broken. So, we changed the room. However, we still faced the same problem. In the end, we have to live up with it. WORST EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or to even consider staying. It is not worth the money spent. You can actually spend this much amount of money to book for another hotel room with better facilities, location and services. LASTLY, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT IS A CONDOMINIUM BUT WITH SOME ROOMS UNSOLD. SO DON’T YOU CLAIM YOURSELF AS A HOTEL.

Terrific sea view for suite room.”
This place is not really a hotel, it's a condo but some floors are left out for daily rental. The only good thing about this place is great sea views because we stayed in a suite. Room is cleaned and hotel has lots of parking spaces. Towels provided look like they've been used for like 10 years. And there's a connected door to a neighbor with no lock that they can come into our room (how safe is that!). We can actually hear everything from the neighbor, although if they wisper. We were watching the boxing match for an hour in the lobby and overheard at least 4-5 cases were charged for drinks in mini bar that they didn't take. They also charged us items when we only took 2. And not a single apology from any of the staffs. Will never go back to this place ever! Horrible experiences.
