Drove around malaysia, so location wasn't an issue. But hotel is not near any shopping or tourist spot, more of a relaxing place out of city. Hotel room and toilet was clean, staff were friendly and patient when I'm asking questions. Facilities were really great too, the kids enjoyed the pool a lot and gym was very well equipped Would recommend and go back and stay again if im around there.

The place was booked last minute and it was rather far from town. However, it was nicely decorated and with a modern look. Please be aware of the police roadblock over the weekends night for drunk and drive just at the corner next to the hotel if you are driving from town. They have a pub on the ground floor, and it was full though on three consecutive nights I stayed there. It's safer to spend the night in the house if you planning to get drunk or have a sober driver. The landscaping at the parking was all nice. I really loved the stay at this place

While the location may be a bit far from Penang Island. This hotel is absolutely worth it. My parents stayed here and they told me so much about this hotel. I had to try it and my oh my, I have no regrets. The room, the ambience, the nightlife, the gym, and the pool, absolutely worth it.

Kids pool is great. Have 2 water slides. Beds is comfortable. Love the heavy blanket. Will come here again for the kids pool. Location is a bit far from town but its alright. Safety is good,requires card access to go to every floor

Was a great visit, good staff and very helpful. Location not an issue going here. Free parking with security. Hutong cafe bar was great. Few facilities closed due to COVID19. Room with jacuzzi was very very great with music and light function. Very nice pleasent room and hotel environment. No any disturbance on surrounding. Booked 2room for 2night. Harmonious/zen and deluxe king. Such a memorable and lovely stay.
