I have nothing but praises to this resort! Rooms ✅ Staffs ✅ Food ✅ Excellent Service ✅ Dog friendly ✅ One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. Everyone’s greeting and smiling at us all the time. Their smiles, attentiveness and great customer service made our stay great. The room was well equipped and the surroundings are full of greens. We stayed at the bungalow room with garden view but we can still feel the cool breeze.The location of our room was absolutely perfect. They also have a private beach with white sand, a very good place to relax and chill. The breakfast buffet is also delishhhh! And the most awesome thing is that it is a dog friendly resort. We brought all our four dogs and they enjoyed the stay as well. The dogs are allowed at the pool side, restaurant, bar and the beach front as long as they are leashed all the time. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Mui Ne. White Sand Resort

Super pet-friendly resort”
+ It is a super pet-friendly resort. My dog could follow me everywhere. + The staff are very kind with smile always. + The beach is super clean, quiet, and beautiful. + Breakfast is huge, it could be enough for breakfast and lunch. - There can be lots of mosquitoes and bugs with garden around, so you should bring good insect repellent.

The best sea and beach in Muine for couples and surfing lovers”
I do not recommend to go in Muine with children: 1. very far from the airport. 2. Dirty, lot of garbage on the streets and in the sea (if you are going to relax and swim in the sea -is not that place at all) only for couples (good, but for the same price lot of places in the world to go- Hawaii, islands (Fukuok at least if you like Vietnam...) and those who likes surfing! But if you are really decide to go in Muine then the best choice to stay -White sands resort! The best beach and polite stuff and manager. We felt ourself like at home very cozy! In the morning (in April) no waves at all, very clean beach. But we compare holidays in Phuket (sunwing bangtao) last year, we spent 16 days there and we waist the same money in Vietnam for 10 !!! Days ( no children club, no children pool slides...) it was boring for children. But I think that the White sands resort the best resort in Muine.

Everything is ok except the breakfast. Only 4 main dishes with poor option. With that price i expected the breakfast should be better with more options. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The beach is so beautiful and clean.

The best resort for you and beloved pets”
- Good: quite location, nice beach and sands, nice beach front bulgaloo, verfy friendly staff, quick check in and out, nice welcome drink, nice pool. Resort allow us to bring our pets, that is so unique and we are so appreciated. - To improve: electronic items in room such as hot water too noise, tv screen error, less light in room and too much white light in bathroom. Hard and small size of pillars, not comfort. Breakfast not changing daily if less customer.

Clean, dog friendly fun!”
We spent 4 days at White Sand over the winter break with our dog. The room was right on the beach and very nice, bed was a little hard but not too bad. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Our dog had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed running on the beach! Would stay there again.

Great resort, but bad food quality and bad massage ”
I think this place is a great retreat resort, great view of the ocean, romantic. But massage service is not good. Talking on the phone while massaging a customer. Food in breakfast buffet and Room services are not that tasty either.

Nice sand beach”
I love everything here. But there is one thing I don't like about my day living here. It's about the dogs (pet...), the Saturday 16th 2022, when people having breakfast, there was a family has 2 dogs, and come to the desk, then 1 one the dogs went to swim in the pool -> that make everyone annoying, and no one swim on that day and day before. It ruins my plan to do with the pool. I hope the resort should not allow people bring their pet to the pool.

Great location , Poor service”
This resort has the opportunity to be a really good one if not the best in Mui ne. It has a beachfront location and a nice pool area. Rooms are clean and tidy. However it lacks any real sense of service. In a fiercly competetive resort area in which so many have recently failed (no fault of their own) you would think this resort would capitalise on that. However when we arrive we had no TV. we asked again and we had no TV. This continued for 3 days. No apology was made. BAD. The food was worthy of an episode of Gordon Ramsey's Hotel Nightmares only worse. The fish and chips we ordered were line tasteless and dammed expensive. The Pizza was simply awful and tasteless. Onto the Burger and breakfast. Simply awful and the chef should frankly be ashamed of that title. The burger was cold limp wet and didn't taste of meat. The breakfast was equally as bad. Home made bread that tasted mouldy and was of cake consistency. Cold coffee, uncooked cold limp bacon. All this for $110 a night. BAD

Not match with price”
1. Expensive compared to other resorts in area. 2. Room is small, most expensivest bungalow is only 20m2. They said it is 40m2 3. WC is small, no bathtub, water is suck and very weak. 4. Pool is small. 5. Breakfast only have sausage and ham. 6. Room service was cheating when check out. They ask me to pay the mini bar for what I was not using. 7. I will never ever come back. 1. Giá phòng mắc so với những resort khác trong khu vực, mình lỡ book vội qua agoda nên ko check giá kĩ. 2. Phòng bungalow quảng cáo là 40m2, nhưng thực tế là rất nhỏ cở 20m2. 3. WC rất nhỏ, ko có vòi xịt, ko có bồn tắm, nước yếu... 4. Hồ bơi bé tí như hồ con nít 5. Ăn sáng thì chỉ có xúc xích và thịt nguội. 6. Lúc check out còn bị nói là xài mini mặc dù mình ko đụng tới, phải đứng cãi nhau 1 hồi. 7. Mình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại, resort lừa đảo và dịch vụ quá tệ

Unbelievable! I would highly recommend White Sands”
I had and amazing experience at White Sands. Our beach front bungalow was perfect! It was clean, cool, and only a few steps from the sand. The staff were unreal. Harry (owners nephew) and Lai (manager) made us feel welcomed. They took us for ocean front coffee in the city, took us to the fish market Sunday morning, and had a private cook out with us at their beach front bar. They even drove us out to Takou Mountain. Harry woke up at 1:45 am to take us to thre bus stop snd waited with us till it picked us up. They are truly amazing. The resort is slightly out of the hussle and bussle of the tourist area which was a huge plus. It was still only 40,000 Dong to get into the cuty center. If you want a small (only 25 rooms) resort where the staff treats you like family, White Sands is your place! I could not speak more highly of our experience.

Relaxing - Will come back”
WE ENJOYED OUR STAY & WANT TO GO BACK TO WHITE SANDS: (1) Pet allowance. During 2 times staying, we had 0 problem bringing the dog with us, as long as we keep the area clean. (2) Clean sand & private beach (3) Good swimming pool. Warm water & comfortable operation time (6am-10pm). We have various times to enjoy swimming. (4) Delicious breakfast. Although it does not have many different dishes, the quality is ok for each dish, especially the beef stew. (5) Free upgrade to the Seafront room. We bought Garden View room. (6) Fast response from resort’s owner to confirm our Agoda voucher when I emailed him. HOWEVER WE THINK THE RESORT CAN IMPROVE SOME POINTS TO BE THE BEST: (1) Smile more. Most of the staff does not smile & greetings customers. (2) Better insect control. On the 1st day there was a big centipede in our bathroom (con rít) - about 20cm long/1-finger wide (maybe from the garden). We used boiled water to kill it & put to the flush toilet. Very scary! (3) Better room preparation. (a) The room keeper did not provide electric kettle in the room until we requested. Last time it was already there when we arrived. (b) The fridge did not work; after 3 times we called reception and waited for 2 hours. A room keeper asked if we had really needed the fridge. We were annoyed by her question. The fridge must be ok as it is a facility of the room. Customers love cool beverage and a place for food stored. 3rd time of escalation the technician replaced another fridge for us & it worked. (5) The resort shall standardize its room rate. I got better price from Agoda compared to that of resort Sales team. When I clarified, Sales team said immediately that Agoda's price was wrong. I decided to buy from Agoda. What I expect to hear is: "The price you get from us is higher, because Agoda has its own deal with us. The customer is free to book whether directly from the resort or from Agoda". (6) I wish the resort can have the roof cover for car/motorbike parking in its area.

paradise away from the noise of Mui Ne”
we landed in White Sands by mistake - actually wanted to be in the center of Mui Ne, booked one night and ended up staying almost a week. WS is away from the main street, very quiet and relaxing; yet it is not a boring place. rather for those who REALLY want to chill to blue-green-white unobstructed view from your window while sipping a perfect Pina Colada. excellent service, friendly helpful staff, beautiful territory, beach above all praise. not that most hotels of this class will not offer same services but... SAME SAME BUT DIFFERENT as we say - this place has that extra something. and its only 2 bucks away from the busy main street! PS staff speaks english and russian

This was our second time to stay at White Sands Resort and we can't wait to return. They will call you a taxi and you can be in the central area in three minutes.....but you may not wish to leave. Very clean, well managed resort. For those who want noise and "excitement" this is not your kind of place. Bring a fishing pole if you want to, as it is a good place to fish also.

Great location & staff but small rooms and beds”
we had the great time with family. at first, we were not happy when walked into the room because it is very small with two small beds (1m2). particularly if you travel with 3,4 year old kid you need extra bed for him/her. that's only thing we complain about. besides that, the resort is very clean with beautiful garden. my kids and parents love the pool a lot because there is a massage shower by the pool. moreover, from your room, you can enjoy the view of the ocean and see sunrise and sunset. the beach is very beautiful and clean with flat and white sand which is safe for your kids to play with water.

Great little resort - very family orientated”
We stayed in a bungalow which when booking we thought would be big enough for our family (the name bungalow suggests to me there's more than one room)however we found it was too cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids (we had 3 single beds and a cot in there and there was no room left for anything else). Resort is a little way from main street of Mui Ne but its only a 10 minute taxi ride and its cheap enough, too far away to walk to though !! Apart from that the resort is great, the owners Carl & Ian are very friendly and helpful and have designed the resort with families in mind. the pool is perfect, great beach just seconds away from your "bungalow" and plenty for kids to do. They have a play park, pool table and 3 of the most gorgeous dogs you"ll ever meet (they are kept away from the main resort part but if you like dogs Ian will bring them over and they are very friendly, especially Bulie and Rocky). Highly recommend this resort to anyone with Kids !!

Great hotel and right on the beach”
White Sands is a great resort right on the beach at Mui Nai. It is a little distance into the main town but I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful sandy beach. The beachfront bungalow was clean and comfortable with a balcony to sit and watch the fishing boats and enjoy the waves. The pool area is great with lots of furniture and umbrellas to sit out of the sun. Pool and beach beverage service was very good as well. The restaurant served a good selection of Vietnamese and Western food and the cocktails were reasonably priced.

Everything went well. You had a great stay at the hotel. No issue to report. Wi-Fi a bit slow at times but that might come from my tablet. It was lovely meeting Harry and his family. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking a quiet retreat. Phan Thiet is only a short taxi ride away as is rather unappealing Mui Ne (except for the old town and harbour).

Best Beach in Mui Ne”
my girlfriend and i arrived late at night to meet a friend who travelled ahead. the staff were expecting us and check-in was smooth and simple. the room fantastic, the view to die for. our friend skype called us on the free wifi to let us know he was up at the pool. there he was and we also met the owner of the resort having a couple of gin-tonic's. the owner is a very funny and entertaining type, always offering assistance about what to do, where to go, but better than that are the stories he has.. we went in low season, so it was pretty easy to get a booking, and wandering around the hotel or strolling on the beach you will feel like you have it all to yourselves. the beach has been re-built after the owner installed a sea wall to prevent further erosion.. lucky too, if you see the rest of the resorts, or try the sankara bar and look at their beach, you will be glad he had the idea and invested the money into it. the beach is a great place to relax as long as you like, completely un-interupted saving for the beers or fresh juice and cocktails you've ordered. the drive into 'town' takes 5 minutes and costs between depending on which end of town you go to. the close end has plenty of massage places, and the far end is the bus stop and some good bars.
