Excellent getaway! ”
The unit was very new and sparkling clean. Checking in and out is easy but only thing we had to go to another building for the process which was about 1 building away. It would've been better if the sofa in the living was a sofa bed as the description for the unit stated it can fit 5 adults and 2 kids. Bath towels were clean but it did had some stains on it, hopefully the management will check the towels before giving it to guests. The best thing about the place is their heated pool on the top floor and the different gardens and landscape that they have around the 9th floor of the building. My kids had fun at the obstacle and exercise area. For those wanting to explore, make sure u visit all the 4 different gardens.

Tidy and clean room,great swimming pool ”
Highlight of our stay was the heated swimming pool. The kids really enjoy it. They got sauna and jakuzi too. Only the down thing is they got time slot, 45min per slot means aftr that you need to change dry clothes, and clear the pool area for sanitizing process. With kids, 45min never enough in swimming pool😅 For room..or should I say house..really clean and tidy. Really comfortable, got 2 queen size bed and hot shower. House complete with wash-dryer machine. Just that we got confused when arrived for check in. Their check in counter is at another building; GEO if im not mistaken. Overall we definiately will come again with bigger family member nx time haha

After reading the bad reviews from other travellers, I was worried about facing the same issues like lift waiting time problem, couldn't find check in reception, cleanliness…etc. On the day before my trip, I received WhatsApp from Maplehome regarding the instructions for check in. First need to check in at geo 38 residence, then the staff guided me how to look for the designated parking lot. Everything went smooth. We stayed at this room right after msia school holiday, we didn't face the lift waiting time problem, instead the lift was very fast. We will definitely come back to this place again!

Weekday trip with young children ”
It was lucky that I read some reviews here before the check in day. Is pretty tricky that you need to go (Geo38) another building to collect the key for check in. The host is done by Maple Home. We was there during weekday so for the lift usage is not that bad but when closed to Friday check out date, can feel the congested of lift usage. I would foreseen the lift usage to be high during weekend from Friday onwards. So cleanliness is great on the apartment definitely no complaints on that. The view was nice from the balcony.

Nice comfortable 3BR suite”
We have to get the access card from Geo38 Residence for check-in. The 3BR was nice and comfortable. It was convenient to cook our meals there. We have to book the swimming pool 15 min to the hour. It was nice to have the heated swimming pool outdoor. Walking out, there are rows of shophouses and restaurants, so it’s very convenient. We parked at the Skyway next to GPO to take the cable car to Sky Avenue. We had a lovely time!

- check in counter in geo38, need to drive over to check in - take a photo of the direction to your parking, or else you will hard to find - the actual unit isn't same as the photo showed in agoda. Decorative items are missing, however, the unit consider clean. - hot water ran out fast, probably due to small boiler. So take sometimes to wait for hot water - need to register in level 40, to access heated pool in level 41. - sanitization for level 41 start from XX:45 hourly for 15 mins - avoid visit during peak hour, will be long queue.

Such a pleasant stay”
The suite is just so awesome. Therr two rooms, two toilet, kitchen all are so clean. They even provide huge bottle of soap n shampoo that smell like spa. Also soap for laundry. The balcony view isnso nice. The pool are is fantastic. We manage to watch the sun rise, its priceless. Cant believe we getball these with just rm130.

Stayed here for a night and it definitely feels like home away from home.It is clean and check in process was fast.If you would prefer to stay i a unit and not hotel room,do check out this unit.Suitable for family with kids they have light cooking facilities ,my kids enjoyed his short stay here.Highly recommended will repeat soon.

Great apartment with two comfortable rooms. We stayed with our toddler and found the condominium was ideally located. It was enough off the beaten path to not feel like we were trapped in a tourist zone, but still within easy access of a number of things. Very clean. Great amenities.

apartment is spacious security guard is friendly within 1 min drive have few row of retail shop, 7-11, 99 speedmart, convenience store & restaurant, u can get everything there even wanna cook urself inside house hv the neceseties the pot, pan, cutlery set, chop board, dish washing liquid, microwave, washing machine, towel, wifi is provided. cons : no water filter provided, have to buy bottled water by yourself. shared bathroom water heater is faulty i love the wooden flooring becos it not so cold even i walk barefoot. love the heated pool, sauna, and jacuzzi at level 41 lift no need to wait long time, becos we are not going on peak season. No social distance concern. Apartment cleanliness is acceptable. Check in process is very fast, staff explain very clear about the direction Whole management strictly follow sop, feel safe Overall, worth the price for such facilities. Very happiness short getaway with my family

Everything great!! Clean house and polite staff, fast reply in Whatsapp too,. They will provide details how to check-in even shows the video for assists. The rooms and facilities same as the photo. Must read property policies before arrive as need check in at GEO38 Residence. Due to pandemic situation, the swimming pool has time schedule close for sanitize. Overall very good and recommended!!!

I stayed here with another adult, a toddler, an infant and an elderly. Pros: High-speed internet. Comfortable apartment with kitchenette, washer & dryer. No air-cond but fans are available. Pool available 7 am - 9.45 pm but depends on capacity (first come first serve). Beautiful scenery from level 41. One of the heaters had problem but the maintenance rectified the issue. Cons: About 30 mins waiting to check in on Sunday evening. Towels were delivered to us at 9 pm (laundry issue), so it was uncomfortable for us not to shower after a long day. Iron provided has a plug that can't match the Malaysian plug (lucky I brought adapter). No dish rack, no cloth to clean the kitchen and sink area.
