Good value accommodation in expensive Koh Lipe”
Firstly, this doesn't really feel like a resort. Ignore the older reviews as there are no longer any bungalows - everything is 2 storey blocks of rooms. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have everything you would need. We had an upper floor, garden view. It was huge! It had a massive comfortable bed, great air conditioning, balcony, fridge, seating area, good quality to curtains. Good towels and also beach towels. There's not loads of character, but the location is right on Pattiya beach, in an area where there are no boats, so you can swim. There is a cut through to sunset beach making it very accessible. Staff are helpful. Rooms are everything you need.

Located a 10 min walk off Walking Street, Z touch is a nice place to stay right at Pattaya Beach with big and clean rooms. Small but satisfying breakfast buffet and most rooms with Seaview! Would defibietly recommend it?

I‘d always come back and recommend it to everyone! It‘s the best part of Pattaya beach! No boats right in feont of Z-touch! Everywhere else are longtailboats! Wooden sunbeds instead of the ugly plastic ones! Good breakfast - everything you need! Most beautiful part of the beach and Pattaya beach is also way more beautiful than sunrise beach. Also Z-touch is very close to sunset beach (just a 5 minute walk)

Affordable but creepy ”
I couldnt sleep well. It feels creepy for some reason. We stayed 3N meaning I was zombie like for 4days haha. But they always clean the room everyday. Nice staff too. A staff also picked us up even if we didnt tell them. They also upgraded our room to sunset villa but for some reason I couldnt sleep and getting a bad dream every night.

Nice resort and Worth the money you paid”
This is one of the nice resort on Lipe island. It’s right on Pataya beach. when it high season boat will drop you in front of the resort but in the low season boat will drop at the other side of Lipe island (they call it Sunrise beach) but no worry this resort they provide a transfer service from boat stop to resort. It’s next to the Lipe walking street just 200 meters away. Breakfast buffet were okay there’re so many choice you can choose but we will more enjoy if there’s a ham or bacon in the buffet line. Staff very friendly. Khun Dang this guy help us carry our bag from the boat stop to the resort and escort us to the room. The lady at reception (I can’t remember her name. apologize that) is very nice too, quick check-in and always smile. They are work with service mind. Me and my family very happy to stayed here. We will recommend you to our friends.

Location is great, close enough to Walking Street but far enough from the loud music at night. Very basic facilities but room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was adequate.

good location on pattaya beach. rooms is very big. friendly stuff meet you on pier and transfer to hotel. they have swimming stuff for snorkeling, can do snorkeling in front of hotel (i saw nemo)

The location is really good on pattaya beach. You can swim in the front of the resort, crystal clear water, smooth powder sand. I've been there on January and walk around 3 beaches on the island, I like this beach the most. Staff are helpful. Room area is very large. You might be aware if you book ground floor, it's disturbed from the upstairs. Overall are over my expectation
