"Very friendly staff but that's the end of the good news! Stains on the carpet and bedding, lights not working, big holes in the shower walls, stains in the sink and tub, and somehow this was rated 3 stars! feel completely ripped off, was a busy weekend and would have gone anywhere else but had no choice but to stay, never took off my sandals the whole weekend including in the shower!!!"
