They have clean room and good service that I’ve ever seen in Addis Ababa also the price is friendly. If everyone wanna visit ET capital I’ll suggest this sweet and warm place.

It was a happy stay that I extended with a few nights. There's an abundance of helpful personnel. A temporary breakdown of the city water supply system was met with much energy and efficiency. The rooms are situated around a big open space (used as a car parking) which is embellished with palm trees and flowers. Like elsewhere in Addis, you can eat and drink here very well at extremely accessible prices. The weak point of the Atelefugne Hostel may be the location, though it's easy to catch passing minibuses to visit the more vibrant quarters of the city.

This is a good accommodation facility considering “The best Value for Money”. My 2nd-time stay was much comfortable with all uninterrupted service.

The room is clean, staff is very helpful. The location is quite difficult to find as its not on main road, so make use of the airport shuttle they provide.

I had a good time here, it is close to many interesting places for Addis night life. Best place to stay for making it to the airport on time. The owner "Abbi" is a great help, he drove me around town for free to help me arrange tours. He even helped push down the tour prices, Really Appreciate it, thanks again Abbi. Very much want to return.

I arrived late at night and was warmly welcomed and food and drink were available. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. I felt they were eager to make my stay a happy one. I was very impressed. If I ever have the happy chance to go back to Ethiopia this hotel would definitely be my hotel of choice in Addis Ababa.

Highly recommended place to stay. It is near to most tourist locations. Since Addis is a walkable city, it was easy for me to go around from the hotel (even Entoto mountain).

The amazing staff at oasis helped me recharge my phone balance, ordered me taxis, and gave me general advice on Addis Ababa.

The positives first: good infrastructure (building, rooms, backup generator) and fairly good location, quired. But. Bad management. Bad experience from pickup at the airport to checkout. Airport transfer - advised driver would wait inside the terminal - no he didn't. Website advises buffet breakfats and free wifi. Day 1 no no buffet - advised this is only done between 9am and 10am, not earlier. Free wifi - well, it's free, but it doesn't work - 10 days/nights we had a few hours of actually working internet. Restaurant (compared to similar hotels in the vicinity - bad and overpriced (we usually were the only guests). English - just a few selected staff. One receptionist with a particular bad attitude (advice: you don't want to work there - resign!). Wakeup call (checkout) 15 minutes late. Sadly the space here is limited - many more issued. Overpriced compared to similar hotels in the vicinity. Avoid this hotel.

I have stayed in lots of hotels in Ethiopia and in Addis in particular. I have just booked my 4th stay at the Kaleb Hotel. I have found the staff there to be excellent and attentive. This is the best hotel that I have stayed at. The receptionist (Kobob) was excellent and always helpful and extremely friendly and professional at all times. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast is probably the best that I have had in Ethiopia. There is always a great atmosphere at the hotel. Busy in the evenings in a nice bar, but you are never disturbed by the noise in your room. Internet is good; rooms are clean. Choose this hotel. Great value. Great staff. I would not have just booked my fourth stay if it was no good.

Very nice hotel with good service and clean rooms. Location close to the Airport and 20-30 mins to city center. Rich breakfast, spa area and nice indoor bar with view over Addis.

The hotel is new, rooms are very specious and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. The hotel is located in the modern area of Addis, close to many shopping centers, restaurants and bars. The hotel is 5-10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff and management of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Wudasie Castle hotel.

I had an 18-hour layover in Addis and decided to venture out into the city. Reserving a room to get a little rest and to shower before my lengthy flight home seemed like a good idea. I read a great review about the Caravan Hotel in my guide book. After searching a little, I decided to secure a reservation. I think my stay there was the highlight of my visit! The free shuttle picked me up from the airport with minimal waiting time. I was greeted by a very charming front desk person who got me checked in. I arrived around 6:30 am and was granted access to the included breakfast, which was pretty tasty. My room was spacious. After a nice shower, I headed out to explore the city. I did have a little trouble finding the hotel at the end of day since it is a little off the main road, but some local residents helped me out (and it added to my adventure!). Upon my return, I had a restful nap on the comfortable bed before being shuttled back to the airport. The value was excellent!

Did not get booked room but Queen room instead. It was meant to be more comfortable. Not sure it was. Surprised when a coffee cost 20 birr on first day and 25 on next - a major price hike. And no warning. It is the principle that counted, not the exchange rte as such. Equally surprised when breakfast room attendant turned off light over table, without saying anything, because it was 10am, end of breakfast time. Customer first? Hmmm. Nevertheless, it was a repeat stay and overall it was good.

Initial suite was unavailable, so they tried to downgrade my friend and I. Then they tried to move us into one suite. Both times not offering any refund or discount. One room ended up having very wet carpet and smelt terrible. So many things within the rooms not working. Every order of food took a really long time and was poor quality. Staff didn't take responsibility for any of the issues. The worst place I've stayed in a long time. There are many better options that are also cheaper in the area. Avoid at all costs. (Location is decent)

Excellent​ service mind, staff are very kind and nice. Comfortable room and good location. Next time in Addis Ababa I will choose Momona hotel again

I would highly recommend, the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the management and staff alike were all delightful, the breakfast was one of the best I have had.

They changed me more than the price was listed online I booked online then I god charged 50 dollars more

Good hotel for the price, given that everything else in Addis is over priced. One caveat, hotel is next door to a large Mosque so, depending upon the Muezzen, you get melody or malady at 5 AM. Close enough to the Taitu Hotel and the Piazza that with a couple blocks of walking you are where you need to be for either business, museums, or some good restaurants. Very odd placement of the hotel in a pretty run down section of the Piazza, but if you are a bit adventurous, there are some great old buildings and a fairly good supermarket right next door.

Kefetew Guesthouse is absolutely one of the best places I've ever stayed! Genet, the owner and host, is incredibly hospitable and kind. She drove me around Addis, shared meals with me, showed me the sights, and became a wonderful friend. She is very helpful and extremely accommodating! The guesthouse itself is very beautiful... the photos don't do it justice. My room was huge and extremely comfortable, and the design of the whole place is fantastic! Agadey, who works for Genet, cooks incredible meals... not only did I have included breakfast but often had lunch and dinner there as well, and the food is easily the best I've had in Ethiopia. The location is great - there is a main road a short walk away with some shops, cafes, and supermarkets if there's anything you need. Addis is quite spread out so you'll need a driver to get to many places, but if Genet doesn't drive you herself, she'll arrange a wonderful driver for you.

Great place and wonderful staff, but avoid the top level - there's a club right above with very loud music - the bed head was literally shaking from the music. Guests should not be put on the top level considering the music. Otherwise, super friendly staff and comfortable place in a good location.

Good value for the price and a good location for the visitor to Addis Ababa. Short drive to the Airport and in the middle of many restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a mix of Ethiopian and western options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a bonus, Café Rigel, directly across the street has the best lattes I have ever had.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Airport shuttle is probably the only plus - when the staff are willing to offer it. We stayed at the hotel twice and got the complementary airport shuttle 3 times (both ways to and from airport the first time and from airport the 2nd stay) but the front desk somehow decided to change their mind about offering us the airport shuttle to the airport when we were departing the 2nd time. It was very strange. There seems to be no fixed rule about who gets offered the complementary shuttle and who doesnt. Also staff speak limited English

I traveled to Addis Ababa for day visit. The hotel, the employees or staff were great …. Excellent. The restaurant food was delicious. Very quiet hotel, had a great view of the city and quick access to the markets. I will return and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
