"Honestly, it is hard to imagine why we paid 170 Swiss Francs for the room. I know everything in Switzerland is expensive but this room didn’t even have a proper shower (tub with a handheld sprayer and no way to hang the sprayer high enough for a shower). It was clean but needs a serious remodel for the price. The hotel staff was nice but the staff at the restaurant were impatient with non-Italian speakers. If you work in a hotel, you should understand that not everyone is going to speak your language. You should be patient through the awkwardness that is inevitable when two people don’t speak the same language. You work in a HOTEL!"
