"The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. The smell only got worse when I turned on the AC unit. I wanted to switch, but my son crawled into bed and fell asleep after a long day, so we stayed in the room. On top of the smoky room, the bathroom sink did not drain and the pillows smelled like sweat. "

"Best Western needs to spend some money and get some high definition security cameras because the security camera surveillance wasn't even able to make out the back of the car that drove up the man got out and they stole my car if your cameras would have been better we could have made out the license plate number but they stoled my car the night of September 4th 2018. right out in the front of the hotel the second parking space to the south side of the parking lot they stole my car. you all have very low definition, cheap surveillance cameras your security doesn't come on until 10 p.m. And my car was stolen at 9:17 p.m. the night of September 4th 2018. Shirley with all the money that they make on hotel rooms they could afford a better camera this was very disappointing. Thumbs down to your surveillance cameras."

"It was good as a motel, parking car in front of room. Fuddruckers, Applebees and a microbrewery were within 5 minutes on foot. But nothing else. It is still suburban sprawl so nothing to do. Hotel is old but clean. Agoda charged me more than the prices stated on the checkin sheet, so you may do better just going to the hotel first to ask about rates. Bed was comfy, but carpet worn. Breakfast was good for what it was, bagels toasted, eggs, and a marvelous chile stewed chicken. One thing I could do without would be the TV blaring that awful show "the View"; just let guests sit with Internet and enjoy selves. "
