Great location near market and obviously Antigua is so small so you can get anywhere easily by walking a few steps in either direction.

This is a chill, comfortable hostel with good potential for socialization. And my appreciation to the staff for being so kind and helpful.

The staff are soooooo good that it totally made our stay in Antigua, we didn't mean to leave!

The first room we got had no windows in it and smelled funny. When i went to the shower i smelled smoke and it was the electric wire for the shower heater. We got a new room but here the shower head kept leaking. The new room had windows in it, but was really noisy. Because everybody has breakfast close to our room and they like music in the morning we got woken up really early. The owner was really friendly and the breakfast was quite ok. For this money you can get a little bit better hygiene i think.

Not among the luxurious hotels in Antigua, but if you're looking for a clean, cozy and very affordable spot, Santa Teresita is the place. It's a block outside of the main old-town, and it's right next to the main market, so it's less extravagant and showy, but it's a comfortable, easy-going place, the price is always right, and guests are welcome to use the kitchen. And it's a quick walk to all the sights in Antigua. Love it.

Absolutely a good hotel. Clean, friendly staff and plenty of hot water. I have been in hotels in Antigua much more expensive with less of all. Recomended!

We stayed in a room on second flour with a cozy balcony. The bathroom was very clean, but little hot water. (Probably it is common thing in most hotels in Guatemala.) Free drink water and coffee. Convenient location as it is close to market. A care taker on weekends is very kind.

The rooms are very basic, a few stains on the blanket, you don't have your own bathroom. However, location is great and staff is friendly. Also wifi was very good. Laundry option is nice too.

The house is not in the geographic center of town, but a comfortable walk of 10 to 15 minutes will put you right in the main square. All major tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot, so distance is not a problem - and Casa Elena is on a quiet street near the road from Guatemala City. The house itself is beautifully decorated with local art. All rooms feature paintings, and the furniture is very pretty. Rooms are spacious and comfortable - they have storage areas that are more than adequate as well as TVs. The view from the terrace is unforgettable. Antigua is a magnificent town to visit, and this hotel would be an excellent choice from which to enjoy!

Pros - friendly staff ; good location; quiet hours enforced; building's nice decor & flora Cons - There's no a/c unit. It rained heavily and the room was quite damp. Wet clothes wouldn't dry for days. I still highly recommend ECS as the staff was First Class -, engaging and professional..

At the beginning of the trip we stayed at one of the most recommended hotels in this price range on Agoda - I doubt I can mention the name here. It was pristine as described - please read the reviews to find it - for the same price the room was double the size, fully adorned, included free and wonderful breakfast in the garden, and was 2 blocks from the center plaza but was still quiet and protected. Although this hotel was "fine" and the staff were okay, the full sized mattress was squeezed so tightly in the room I had to move furniture just to unfold the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom was tiny, breakfast was extra, not good, and seemed to be brought in (by wonderful women) seemingly from somewhere nearby. Please try to book early and stay at the top rated hotel within this price range. It was worth double. Still we had a wonderful time in this beautiful city.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, very helpful staff. Like many other places in Guatemala there are mosquitos and no window screens no fans no AC! 😡

Antigua has wonderful choices, with beautiful patios and delicious breakfasts...this is not one of those.

Had a wonderful stay. WiFi worked well, rooms were beautifully decorated, and staff were cheerful and accommodating. Lots of extra little touches. A bit expensive, and parking costs extra.

It’s ok to walk the distance in the day - but too dangerous once the sun goes down. Reception wil book a taxi for you at a cost of £4. Reception staff were lovely. Sadly no drinks other than coffee and tea served by the hotel. Breakfast was lovely.

This place is overpriced and several of the staff at the desk are unfriendly. It's not a terrible place but you can find better

my stay at Casa Bella Boutique was lovely, Angelica is the beautiful friendly receptionist who obviously enjoys her job as she was great to organise all that I required, I felt like I was leaving a best friend!! location and breakfast was also great.

The location is great, but the street in front of the holiday is pretty busy and can be loud at times. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is a typical Guatemalan, which is good!

I have booked hotel Meson de Maria by reading good reviews. They did not disappoint me. Nice clean room, good wi-fi and good location for sightseeing. Only small complin was breakfast. Most of the food run out when I went there. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was really great and the folks there were the best. Very attentive and friendly. Beautiful views from the room. Simply awesome.
