My sister and I ad the lovely private room at the top of the stairs- we called it our eerie! Very comfortable and cozy The rooftop patio was lovely for an evening drink and morning breakfast. Most impressive however was how the staff responded when I called in a panic the afternoon after check out - had left my passport, cash and several other items in the desk drawer. We texted back and forth, they had found the items and arranged to send them via shuttle to my current hotel (10 hour bus ride) They even let me know when they had given them to the shuttle. This was all incredibly generous and sweet of them, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Chalet Hotel for their comfort and their staff!
