"We traveled in off season. There were only 20 people in this 200+ room hotel. Most of the lights in hall ways and all the extras a resort has to offer were shut down. The rooms were beautiful, however the hotel needs some work. Maintenace work. The people who run the tours we were not impressed with. They were not truthful and did not speak english well. We were told we would receive english speaking guides and we did not. We booked a tour to go scuba diving and the tour guide had no idea what that was. "
