1. Beds with dirty bedsheets and holes in it. When requested to change they started arguing that we have changed the bedsheet before checkin and now cannot change 2nd time in a day. 2. Towels were dirty and so old like haven't been changed from last 5 years. On asking for new towels they refused. 3. Rooms where dirty, poorly maintained. Wallpapers coming out. 4. Toilets were also pathetic. So small geysers that the hot water will finish in just 3-4 minutes of use. Also D1 and D2 rooms had interconnected toilets. So u can hear loud noises of ur neighbours and also fowl smell. Really Pathetic. 5. We were 3 families. (4 senior citizens) our train got delayed by 12 hours. So we had to take alternative train to Deoghar. We made a request to the manager that now we will be reaching at 2.00 am in the morning so pls spare atleast 1 room for us we will pay the tariff also. He bluntly refused and said either stay in railway waiting hall or book another. We never expected this response.

TV was not working in either of the rooms. There was a big rat inside the room. No geyser facilility inside the room. Management's excuse was they do not provide geyser facility inside non AC rooms. We changed the room to AC by giving the balance amount to them. Due to non availability of hot water inside our room we suffered a lot as our young Son requires hot water daily for his bath. Also I myself have bought a VIM dishwash bar from local shop to clean my Son's utensils on daily basis. The Sweeper came in the room to clean it took away that soap along with the hand wash soaps given to us by the hotel without letting us know anything. Management initially was denying the incident then when I shouted about the issue they agreed to buy me another dish wash bar. Later on One of the room service guy was blaming us and threatening us why we brought this issue to the Management etc. I think worst experience we had during our stay in this hotel.
