"We've stayed at other mineral spa places in the Desert Hot Springs area and this is the nicest. While not exactly new, owners have managed to keep rooms and facility up to date. Biggest draw of course are their mineral pools and they don't disappoint! Water temperature is just about perfect and pools are crystal clear, which you definitely can't say for other mineral spa places around! I can just feel all the stress melt away during a long soak in their pool. Afterwards you feel so refreshed and relaxed the next day, definitely worth it! Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. After I forgot to pack my swimming trunk before leaving, the staff proved extremely helpful to find it. Thanks! I'm already looking forward to my next visit."

" After receiving our key, we drove to the back of the property to park close to our room but soon found out there was absolutely no parking available there. We had to back up all the way to the front of the property since there was no turn around . We had to park in the front and carry our bags to our room. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a turbine with no way to have a light on without the noise. Our room was supposed to be poolside but between our room and the pool was the pool equipment which made a tremendous amount of noise"
