Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they really know how to take care of their guests, apartments are very clean and in a very good condition, the price is a bit high, should include breakfast at least, but this is my favourite hotel in Dubai so far.

We actually missed the flight as we booked for 2 nights. But it’s ok. I choose Avani everytime when i come to Dubai. Hotel provide big room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very nice. I also left my luggage at the hotel and come back in 5 days later. Thanks Avani so much for my perfect stay.

We were certainly wowed by our large deluxe 2 bed apartment overlooking the marina. Staff were so attentive, polite and friendly throughout the hotel. We had two slight issues which were dealt with immediately to our satisfaction. When they heard it was our anniversary we arrived back in the evening to find a fabulous cake in our fridge, a really nice gesture. Room service very reasonably priced "for Dubai" and the hotel itself was a great deal from Agoda "for Dubai" - note that Dubai must the the most expensive place in the world to holiday. Wifi was excellent. Two supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Frontline to the marina. Only downside was that the pool only had sunlight until midday, which is fine if you're out and about a lot. I definitely recommend the hotel, however. Be nice and respectful and the staff will be nice and respectful to you too.

During the past 3 years I have stayed at 11 different hotel in Dubai (from Bur Dubai to Barsha to Discovery Gardens). This is probably "the best value for money" of the hotels that I have stayed at. Located close to ADBC metro station and with easy access to malls and other retail facilities at Bur Juman and Bur Dubai. The hotel rooms are larger than average and well equipped. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Facilities are of a reasonably good standard. Overall - well worth booking.

Excellent. It was very easy to reach shopping malls in Dubai by metro, taxi or bus plus everything you would need from coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants, rent a cars and supermarkets are only walking distance from the hotel. We will recommend the hotel to our friends. Believe me, the price per night at the hotel is very good compare to other hotels in Dubai at Sheikh Zayed road.

My wife and I spent 10 days at La Verda at the end of November and were thrilled with our choice. Not only is the location the best in the marina, the marina is one of the best locations in Dubai to enjoy the city anaad culture. The views from our room on the 22nd floor were fabulous, the hotel was quiet, comfortable and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast every morning outside beside the marina. The wait staff were there to make sure you had everything you needed. The Dubai Marina Mall has great shops and restaurants, it's a short 10 minute walk. The beach is close also, about a 15 min walk. We stayed at the Bonnington hotel for 4 nights this October. It is in a great location, very close to the metro and the Jumeirah parks/lakes. It is also close to the Atlantis Aquaventure so the taxi fare isn't too bad. The staff were the friendliest we have had in hotels, and we have been to a fair few. We would like to mention Stephan, Rahid and Christine for their attention and conversation, they were great and really made us feel welcome. All the staff were great and offered to help with anything they could. We upgraded to 'club' when we arrived to include an airport transfer back, access to the Business Club Lounge with free drinks from 6pm-8pm and free breakfast. Although this was a great experience, you need to be using the Business Club Lounge everyday and get those free drinks every evening to make the money worth it; we had booked a tour for one evening and so we think we probably lost money on the upgrade once we took into account how much a normal taxi transfer, the breakfast and the drinks we would have had otherwise would have cost. The outdoor pool is shaded and by the bar which plays good music throughout the day and evening. They also serve snacks and pizzas which we really enjoyed. We didn't use the gym but we probably will next time. The restaurant is nice in the evening but was very quiet when we went, I think only one other table was occupied. However, the food was delicious. There is an Irish Bar next door which we didn't have time to try. We were worried it would be noisy at first but our room was completely soundproof which was great. There is a tour desk through which we booked our day at the Atlantis which we loved. The only downside to this hotel was that the bathroom door was extremely heavy and we had to fight with it every time and the bed was a little bit hard, but we slept ok. Everything else was great and above expectation. We will definitely be returning to the Bonnington the next time we are in Dubai.

Cheap dining , plenty of exotic food shops , very safe and cheap taxis, Excellent sightseeing ,city tour on double decker, world tallest building , Palm Jumeira , canal trip Marina , Dubai Mall , Dubai |Museum , Burg Al Arab , Dubai Fountain Show All Excellent. One of the best beaches we have ever been to.Metro cheap and efficient. Tasty sushi restaurants. We will go back again.

- Lobby is like 5 Star - hotel is new , few years old everything thing is fresh , and furniture is new - Restaurants are good - Location is not the best but close to main attractions , the hotel does provide shuttle buses to all attractions for free , not all hotels do that in Dubai - hotel is very clean - the staff is excellent on all levels except the manager , the manager thinks he is a bouncer in the hotel , but ignore that fact , the remaining staff work as if it is a 5 Star Hotel , - the only drawback is the windows in the hotel don’t open , and they have balconies in every room that they keep locked . I do recommend the hotel

This truly was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I can find fault with all my accommodation but this truly ticked ALL the boxes. The position and views were stunning looking out at the Atlantic Hotel, The Palm and over the sea. The beach and beautiful 4 poster beds on the beach had towels rolled up and waiting for the guests to use, the accommodation they have is to suit every taste, the entrance to hotel with hundreds of fresh flowers changed everyday with different colours, the tuk-tuk to take you around the site if the 4 min walk from area to area is too hot for you, the staff were so lovely (everyone we met was amazing and truly went out of there way), the arrival with a beautiful juice and wet towel to refresh, the chairs to sit on at reception whilst you check-in in comfort, the lotus lounge over looking the pool and sea for coffee, cake and high tea was stunning, the breakfast was truly the best catered for with variety so if you stay there a week you still would not be bored, the beach house restaurant over looking the sea had fab food and outlook and this hotel had the best kids club I have ever found at any hotel where they take the child and with around 5 + staff they really get creative with the kids, have playstation, face painting, drawing, dvd's and really good attention to the kids. My child did not want to leave after many hours in there. This gave my husband and I several hours to do what we wanted knowing our child was really enjoying the kids club. Truly we will be back. Also the courtesy bus to the Dubai Mall is great as well. We stayed in a Lagoon Room on 1st floor and we felt totally private in our own lovely resort. i love this hotel - it's beautiful and the views are stunning. the breakfast is good, the gym is great. the pool is a bit too small to do laps and there is no lobby or place to sit but the rooms get 10/10 the staff are excellent and the room service is of a very high quality. there are shuttle buses to the shopping areas and it's right next to the metro and taxis. i like the fact that the staff don't disturb the guests - just leave a note under the door. there is no bar but there are so many hotels and buildings with bars all around the area and it's easy to get taxis. the staff are very polite and discreet if you come home at 4am, they just smile, unlike another hotel in dubai where the staff have tried to stop me getting into my own room because i came home late and the night shift workers "didn't know my face" (i won't stay there again) the bathroom of the room i stayed in had no drain at all and i fell over and almost broke my arm. otherwise, excellent hotel!

This is a luxury hotel good for both business travelers and sightseers. It's located on Sheikh Zayed road (the main highway in Dubai, is close to the metro, and allows for easy access in taxis to all areas of Dubai. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes by taxi to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It's not very close to the beach if you're looking for a beach holiday, but they have a nice pool at the hotel. Unfortunately, Dubai is not a city designed to explore by walking (too hot and spread out). However, taxis are very cheap so you can take them everywhere. The concierge was very helpful, and the staff were friendly and efficient for the most part. For the turndown service, one night the staff only turned down the bed on one side (for one person) which was odd. Also, the cleaning staff entered our room to clean it one morning even though we put the do not disturb sign on the door while we went for a swim in the pool. Highly recommend the Desert Safari Tour that is located next to the concierge in the lobby of the hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a luxury hotel to stay in while you're in Dubai this is a good option from the many luxury hotels Dubai has to offer.

I travel every month to Dubai, and I stayed in most of the good hotels in Dubai. But my favorite is Tulip. Staff is so professional & feel so homely. You will not feel that your in some other country. Thank you

This was our third time to stay in Atlantis. It's definitely our first choice of stay in Dubai. It was our anniversary and Elena gave us a great room with palm view on the 15th floor. The next day we came into the room with a surprise dish of sweets and macarons with a note wishing us a happy anniversary! We looooooved it. The room service was so fast and the quality of the food was outstanding. They have the most delicious club sandwich as a late night snack and the best in-room Arabian breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. My only disadvantage would be their pillows. I didn't like them. I woke up with a stiff neck. Overall, Atlantis the Palm is the best hotel in Dubai. Booking through Agoda was a great decision because they offered the cheapest rates compared to other websites including the Atlantis official website itself.

We were surprised by the front desk staff to upgrade us to Premium Room upon our arrival to check-in to our Superior Room booked via Agoda. The room although on a smoking floor but there was no smoking smell in the corridor nor in the hotel room so we decided to stay in the Premium Room without any more changes. The room was clean & spacious with quite good city view. We were on high floor on 56th level & it was magnificent. The hotel staffs were all very friendly. Only the hotel lobby was not as grand as we had thought. The hotel location was fantastic as it was located right outside the train station. It was so convenient to travel to the Creek, Dubail Mall, Mall of Emirates & other attraction places. We wish we could stay there for a few more days unfortunately we needed to leave to Frankfurt, Germany for an exhibition. Only slight disappointment was the requested airport transfer when we arrived at Dubai International Airport, the sign was so small that we missed the driver for the first time. We had to look all over again carefully & finally found the driver. Then we had to walk to the car park to get his car as we thought he should be able to pick us up at the arrival driveway. He also did not put on a smile. Maybe it was very early morning 2am to pick us up & he might be also sleepy & tired. So we did not bother about him too much. It was kind of weird when we arrived to the hotel at the back entrance instead of front entrance. The room that we stayed had the water tap not fixed properly at the toilet washing basin. We did ask for room service to fix it but it was not fixed. The room cleaning service did take quite a long time to do as we were thinking there were so many rooms to handle. So we did not really complain much about this as we were out whole day. The hotel swimming pool was too small & too cold to swim as it was not heated up like the one we had in Krabi Thailand where it was an outdoor pool but was heated up for warmth. There was not e

Stayed here 2 nights for our honeymoon and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience! When I booked the hotel, I added a comment 'We are on our honeymoon' not expecting much if anything. When we arrived, we were amazed with how beautiful and elegant the lobby was and the staff were very welcoming at check-in. When we got into the room we were treated with a wonderful surprise of a beautiful bed decoration and a bouquet of flowers on the side table, as well as rose petals in the bath tub! Later that night they even gave us a complimentary cake! In regards to the room itself, it was very stylish, modern and spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big and modern. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, we're very glad we stayed here! The fact that its connected to the mall of emirates was a bonus! Easy access to shopping and right next to our favourite restaurant in Dubai - The Cheesecake factory! We're very glad we stayed here and we would definitely come back again! 5 stars across the board!

Star Metro is really one of the best hotel in Dubai, staff are really efficient and well trained,very friendly and very supportive especially Ms. May,she is always there to assist the clients with a smile. The rate is very affordable!! When we are in Dubai,only StarMetro Hotel we are staying as the location is very near to malls,restaurants and supermarkets.

Expect delays as there is construction all around. Hotel is therefore really reasonable due to construction. If it's your first time I would not recommend. If you looking for a place to just sleep. This is perfect. Breakfast was amazing made to order. Staff was very helpful as other hotels in dubai.

We felt very lucky to have chosen this hotel to spend eight nights in while visiting Dubai. Until now with our frequent visits to Dubai since 1993, this hotel in our view was the best. We congratulate the manager, Mr Eltohamy who has made the hotel up to a high standard of services and guest satisfaction. The welcoming smile of the reception staff who were very helpful and understanding, especially Faizan, were the first to be appreciated. The Guest relation officer was a definite asset through listening to guests’ problems and desire in order to resolve them promptly. The hotel lobby was an attractive atmosphere strengthened by the continuous offering of Arabic coffee and fresh dates while sitting in the lobby. The suites were spacious and well furnished with excellent original furniture. Tea and coffee making facilities in addition to the well-equipped kitchen made life very easy. Most useful was the free strong Wi-Fi connection in the suites. An unusual but rather a feature we found it in the suite is the many framed paintings even in the bathroom. The hotel was very centrally located and opposite to the famous Deira City centre shopping mall, metro station and local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient and included varieties of tasty food supported by excellent helpful serving staff. We highly recommend this hotel which we shall return to whenever we visit Dubai in the future

Everything was EXCELLENT at Marina Hotel Apartments, from location to their staff's hospitality. We booked for 6D5N. The apartment booked was huge with 2 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom each plus another toilet room and store room. Also spacious living area and balcony. So clean, feel like home. Perfect for families. The rooms and amenities are also exactly the same as the photos. Awesome east marina views & an amazing skyscraper view from 14th floor. Close to restaurants along Marina Walk, supermarkets, pharmacy, the DAMAC Metro & Dubai Marina Tram. The Marina Walk just below the hotel is nice place to stroll, especially in the evening. Free Wi-Fi provided with unlimited devices used, was very great, my boy love it to play online PS4. The front desk, bell boy, housekeeping, security guard & staff was very friendly, helpful & always smile. Suggestion: Need to provide TV in master bedroom & hot water for toilet's water spray. WE loved it so much. Till we come again to Dubai. :)

We were upgraded to an extremely spacious 3-bedroom suite. It had a fully stocked kitchen. Staff was very helpful, esp the Filipinos. It's a stone's throw away from the beach and The Walk, with multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. This place is more for relaxing, not for shopping. But it's next to a tram that can take you to mall of the emirates and dubai mall. Taxi is quite affordable as well. I'd stay here again so long as they can keep the price reasonable.

We arrived at the hotel at 230am with great welcome by the staff. The staff explained very well which room available for non-smoking as requested for 7D6N stayed. We had smooth check-in. The hotel just 5mins walking distance to Sharaf DG Metro, really easily accessible. 10-15mins walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Supermarkets, pharmacies, saloons, spa, laundry & restaurants also conveniently located near the hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful, extremely polite & the best part is they SMILE all the time. They assisted us in getting a taxi to go to Dubai Miracle Garden & our 2nd hotel at Dubai Marina. The housekeeping staff also very helpful and do their job well done. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms were spacious and clean, fully equipped to make you feel like you stay at home. My children love it so much. Pool was small but clean with great staff available all the time. Wi-Fi connection good but not great at all, kept disconnecting. LOVE IT! TQSM

Located in Downtown Dubai, the Ramada Suites were fantastic! Restaurants are expensive in Dubai, so it was great having a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine & dishwasher. They also provided us with tea & coffee daily as well as shampoos etc. In addition, they provided us with toothbrushes, sewing kit & a razor (great for the forgetful traveler!) The view from our room was phenomenal! It overlooked the musical fountains, and was right opposite the Burj Khalifa. The hotel offers a free shuffle to the Dubai Mall, but not frequently enough. However, it is a pleasant 10 minute walk, if you don't mind the scorching sun! They did say you had to catch a taxi if you wanted to get to the Emirates Mall (about 30 Dirhams) but you can catch a train from the Dubai Mall for 6.50pp. I rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars, and the only reason I would have given 4 and not 5, is because the shuttles do not run frequently enough (there is only 1 shuttle to Jumeirah Beach @ 1pm - who would want to go to the beach in the midday heat is beyond me!) but you need to find your own way back home. It would have been nice to have a shuttle to the Burj Al Arab & Atlantis (even for a nominal fee). Otherwise a great hotel, and probably the nicest thing about our trip. (PS : The dining got 3 - working on an average because we actually didn't eat at the hotel restaurant)

Great location, 7 star?, top service, famous, very expensive. Everybody knows that. Behind the big image it is a different story. My conclusions after staying there for 3 nights in a Panoramic One-Bedroom Corner Suite on the 12th floor for €1.954 per night with breakfast. 1) The internet is slow or blocked. First IT guy, no help. Second IT guy solved the problem by linking to an external network OUTSIDE of the regular Burj al Arab hotel network. 2) My wife’s optical corrected sunglasses suddenly “disappeared” from our private table at the pool at the Royal Cabana we had rented for one day for €650. First security guy no help. His boss, no help. Lost & found department, nothing. Simple: they were stolen at the most expensive front Cabana at the most expensive hotel in Dubai. We are staying at the Kempinski Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi now. “Only” 5 star, but the internet works flawlessly, and our visitors here in Abu Dhabi could drive up to the entrance. I highly recommend the Marco Polo Hotel in Dubai. In the Deira district, it offers beautiful rooms, great restaurants and attentive staff. Nice hotels in Dubai are usually expensive, not so with the Marco Polo. It's not close to the big attractions but the Metro system is a short can ride away. The neighborhood is colorful with many affordable middle eastern restaurants. Highly recommended.

I totally relied on info from the Internet on Dubai hotel apartments , without knowing where would be a good place to stay. It was a good thing I found this place, as it not only offered good reviews, but also a promotional rate on Agoda. Don't be fooled by the facade of this hotel as it may look crappy on the outside, but it's different on the inside. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and I was very pleased with the way the apartment turned out. It was HUGE! I think you could easily fit a family of 5 or 6 people in there. In 1 room, there was a queen sized bed, and on the other room, were 2 single beds. There's also a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and ironing board. The living hall is pretty big, with a nice comfortable leather sofa. There are a total of 2 bathrooms as well, plus a single toilet located outside the living hall. More importantly, the beds were comfortable and CLEAN, and the bathrooms were very clean as well, with a standing shower in one of the rooms, and a bathtub in the master bedroom. There are 2 LCD TVs, one in the living hall, and the other in the master bedroom. I'd stay in this place again if I visit Dubai again. Once the Dubai Metro is completed, the nearest station to this hotel would be the Abu Bakar Al Siddique station. Taxis are also easy to get as it faces the main road.
