"We stayed at the separate house next to the main building, which gives privacy. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Patricio who helped us carry our heavy luggage to the house and give us recommendations on where to go. Would stay here again."

"The staff is excellent and ready to help you with anything. I had room 105 and all the doors squeak. The hostel mates coming in and out made my night sleepless. It was horrible to sleep in the room. Mind you that I had earplugs. The walls are super thin so u can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom. My room was also facing the street and in the morning, what seemed to be a garage truck arrived and made so much noise in the early morning. Worst sleep. Location is ok and again. 10+ for the staff! "whilst this may not be the most stylish or fancy hotel in el calafate, it is a good bet for the traveller who wants a comfortable stay in a modern hotel very close to the shops. rooms are spacious and service is simple and professional including a nice 'turn-down' service with free chocolates... there's a spa too (and massage service) but we didn't have time for these as we were busy exploring glaciers and riding horses! all in all, i'd recommend this hotel - it was an excellent choice."

"It is a shame that they charge the 21% tax to everyone, including foreigners. I stayed twice in this guesthouse, the first time I was lucky to get availability for a twin room which was very nice, big and comfortable, with a very clean and big bathroom with bathtub. My second stay was in a 6 bed dorm which was probably the worst dorm of my stay in Argentina & Chile - the bunk beds are in such way that we end up almost head to toes with other people which is not very nice (smells and snoring issues!!), the lockers are tiny for just a few items but not for a backpack. Breakfast and lounge area are good. "
