Best hotels & accommodations in Escondido (CA)

I have OCD w hotels and I have to say the first thing that caught my eye walking into our room was the remote. It was placed in a sleeve for cleanliness. Hotels Remotes are one of the dirtiest things you can touch. We stayed for a State cup for soccer, it was close to the park so that was nice. Loved how theirs a gas station within walking distance as well. I really en...

Our daughter is going to college in escondido ca, so we often go visit her. We find the hotel choices there good but quite pricey due to the proximety to sea word and the zoo. This is our first stay at Motel Mediteran and it will be our hotel of choice. It cost half of what we normally spend and was clean updated, safe, quiet and the breakfast was as good as any of...

I needed a place to stay for a quick overnight stay and found this on Agoda for a good rate. The grounds are average but the room was very clean and nicely decorated. I slept well despite the couple next door arguing for 15 minutes at 3am. I didn't participate in breakfast but the waffle machine looked good. The event I was attending took place in downtown Escondido...

Very convenient in the San Diego area. Its about 20 minutes from the beach. The bed was awesome. The room was a large 2 room suite. Although it was advertised as a kitchenette, it only had a sink and a microwave. No stove, no utensils, no plates, etc. There was no safe in the room. Lastly, the shower floor was noticeable dirty. It could have used a little elbow...

we really had fun with our two nights at the hotel, my parents, specially my mom really had a good time. the only down side was the directional map is not specific enough in providing directions to the hotels amenities and villas, considering the size of the property, we had to spend close to 45 mins. just to locate our villa, but over all it didn't spoil our stay. 4 s...

Your regular inn/motel kind of place and vibe. Bathrooms looked upgraded which was good. Area was a bit sketchy. Literally placed a chair in front of my door at night (on top of locking it! Just in case) but overall, very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed my weekend here for a wedding. **room had fridge and microwave. Can walk across the street to 711 or Rite-Aid for drinks ...
